Meets all needs you can possibly think of. Super compact design with ample space on the inside. This care made incredible sense and was ahead of its time. Fits any parking spot. Smallest AWD to date on the US market. Wish the US customers would've appreciated it more!
Ashley and Art where amazing on helping me find my next lease car they both were wonderfull and explaine things to me detail by detaile.

I love my car. It's too bad I have to let it go for a bigger vehicle. Only 68k miles and no problems. turns on a dime very smoothly. Has a real get up and go when you press the gas. Fast car. love the stock low profile rims as well.
Our sales person was great. Miriam was patient, informative and pleasant. I will definitely recommend her to all my friends and family for all sales needs.

Runs and handles great. Looks classy too. Looks like the gas mileage is very good for the size of the sedan. Was a little scared to buy it because they stopped selling them in the IS. We’ll see what happens. Excited to see how it moves through the snow.
Bought a used Hyundai Sonata Hybrid from Miguel. He was absolutely outstanding in all aspects, and would recommend him to my family and friends. I will definitely buy from him in the future, so just ask for Miguel when you go there.

Nimble compact crossover with manual 5 speed, McPherson struts, 4 star crash ratings with front and side airbags...2wd or 4 wd, you flick the switch...nice lumber support, well organized user friendly dash and door controls. Automatically engaged stability system corrects for high winds, slick roads. Heated seats and mirrors! Great visibility 360 degrees but especially in front. 2.0 liter zips, no fears of accelerating on interstates. Smooth silky shifting, and I am picky after driving Toyota manual trannies for over 20 years.Really nice six speaker sound system, MP3, 6 CD changer. A real roof rack for my kayak. Currently averaging 26.6 mpg about 50/50 hwy and local. What is not to love....
Well this is rare for me and I never thought I would have such a great time again with a car dealer. First let me say I am sure I join a long list of happy customers that went to Ingersoll of pawling. Dylan and Torrey were way better than all other dealerships with helping me with my needs and wants. Other dealers can learn from them on just how to treat and make a customer feel relaxed and not pressured in the car buying experience. If u have a chance or the time to visit this dealership(Ingersoll of pawling)I am sure all of your needs with be addressed and handled with people that really care about doing whatever they can for the customer. And if your lucky like me you might meet the "owner" and then u will understand and realize u came to the right dealership. Great people doing a Great job,Thanks again,Tony

Wanted a car with heated seats and within 2 months it stopped working. The dealer was great and tried to have it fixed but ended up having to put in an aftermarket heated seat. Then to top it off, the transmission went (didn't even have it for two years)! Ended up having a new transmission put in I could not find another car for under $5000 that I felt was as good as what I had. Now, I've noticed that every once in a while there seems to be an electrical issue. My radio doesn't come on and I cannot see my odometer. So far, after turning off the car and turning it back on it will work.
they were very nice to deal with and accomadating.

They were very easy to deal with. They let us drive several cars to test.
We finally found one that we liked and purchased it. They took care of all our concerns.
SUZIE AND I HAVE A DEAL!
by SOSIE from Honolulu, HI

Suzie and I have a deal. For a tiny bit of space in our driveway, she is my lifeline. She has never failed to do her duty -- not once in six years. Those have been tough years. My husband passed in 2016. Shortly thereafter, my cancer returned.
Many long, hot trips to doctor appointments, radiation, and chemotherapy through one of nation's worse traffic systems, and not once did good old Suzie fail me. She kept me cool and composed when nothing else in my life was.
OUR DEAL . From the beginning, I promised to change her oil on a regular basis. I confess. I've not been as reliable as she has been, but I've never neglected her needs overlong. THAT'S OUR DEAL. I change her oil. She does her part with style and grace.
My children came to HELP out this summer, and sadly left Suzie's exterior a little banged up. I feel badly about that, but my gal Suzie doesn't let it slow her down. She never quits, and we'll be taking care of her cosmetics as soon as possible.
Thank you for this opportunity to express my appreciation publicly. Suzie deserves the acknowledgement.
It's my small way of showing my appreciation for six years of loyal, dependable service.
I LOVE MY SUZUKI.
Went to Napoli Kia in Milford, Connecticut and met with Dave DiMatteo. He helped my wife and I thru the process of leasing our new 2019 Kia Forte. He was very professional and helpful, and made it very easy for us. We drove out that day with our new Forte. The facility was also very nice, clean, and everyone was great. The car was comfortable, the controls were nicely arranged. It was easy to get in and out of.
Had good pick up.
After losing all faith in car dealerships because of my horrific experience with Key Hyundai, Dave and the team Napoli Kia restored my faith with their efficient and friendly service. Dave went above and beyond with help from a great team who worked their magic in making my upside down nightmare into a brand new vehicle and tremendous savings. A stress free and comfortable environment, very friendly business all together! They now have a life long customer and an unlimited amount of referrals!
I have this car from 2009 in brand new condition.

This car is at 175000 miles.Changed suspensions.Spark plugs, tyres, this car is ? I have had Toyota Camry a great car.But nothing to beat Suzuki. This car is simple car,has a cruise control.I am still enjoying.
Buying a car from J&M was the best car buying experience by far! I worked with Vinny who was more than patient and accommodating with me. Being a young female trying to buy a car can be very difficult, but Vinny made my experience easy and smooth. He was honest about any and all details in regard to the cars. He dealt with me calling him multiple times a day to ask questions or even just check on the status of my vehicle being ready! He did his best to make sure I got my vehicle before the holiday. He made sure he put me and my child in a safe, reliable vehicle. I would highly recommend J&M to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle...in fact, I already have! :)
Fun to drive.

Not the Greatest

The recalls are often the same on the Grand Vitara as the issues I have, or for newer models. The recalls don't seem to apply for the SX4 2008 . My Manual transmission went at 120. klms the car had 65 thousand when bought and it seems they found caulking already on the transmission case when it was repaired. Now the belt that runs everything from steering to heating at 131.,this is a dangerous situation as car can stop dead.(Idler pulleys tend to last quite some time. However, driving style and operating environment may affect part longevity. The majority of vehicles will surpass 100,000 miles before idler pulley replacement is needed.)I don't consider this to be a long time. Then the oil pressure switch the week before.
A Better Way Auto has been good to deal with. Steve and George on the sales floor we???re a pleasure to work with. Despite the very busy environment, they took the time to work with us and made it clear that they CARED about our ???new??? car. They saw to it that the minor problems we noticed were resolved. A cracked windshield was replaced and when they couldn???t find a match for some missing lug nuts, they upgraded us with nicer rims & tires! Trooper took care of the paperwork and he gave us confidence that things would be done 100% correctly. Having said all this, prospective clients should bear in mind that buying a vehicle on a wholesale basis is different from buying a CPO or a used car via a full service dealership. You get a 60 day limited warranty and after that, you???re on you own. Be sure to take the time to carefully inspect every aspect of the vehicle possible before you commit to purchasing.

Hoping that I bought a great new car, mine was old, had 251,000 miles on it. Rusty but trusty. Dealing with Jay was a great experience.
