Love the bells and whistles of our 2017 Pacifica. Love the space and comfort. The room and also the styling makes this car worth the price.
We have bought 3 vehicles from Morre to date. There is no better group of folks to meet and exceed your wants and needs when it comes to buying a vehicle. Their finance team is fast and produces the deal with ease. I have horrible credit...bankruptcy ect. They were able to put me with a reputable lender....great interest rate and low payment. They really are a group of friends not sharks. Other dealerships turned me down and left me hanging....Morre didnt; they listened and made it happen. I didn't have to down grade or be put in a cheaper vehicle....my wife and I got exactly what we wanted. Like I said I have purchased 3 vehicles with them....they're a Class Act for sure.

I originally had a 2015 terrain which was AWD and loved it. After leasing my current 2017 Terrain - which is FWD -I feel the car is tailored for a man. The finger holds on the steering wheel, for example, are sized for a man - my hand just doesn’t grip properly. My next vehicle I would like to find something that rides a little less like a “truck” and the Bluetooth has never worked properly which was used by Gavin as a selling point.
I???m very satisfied with the routine maintenance my Honda received. My only complaint, which isn???t necessarily related to the maintenance/ service team, is being called and messaged until i take a survey. I would really like to be able to just bring my car into to be maintenanced and cared for without having several calls, emails and texts the days to come.

This car has everything !!!!!! It is a super value for the college commuter!!! This thing will obtain 26 mpg at 85 to 90 mph !!! Check one out ,,,,, If you decide to do a test drive check out the power this little rocket has !!!

Got an 2017 CRV EX AWD used with 22k miles CPO. As with a lot of Hondas there is some road noise, but it helps my son sleep, so it's not a big problem for me. I have had a little issue with the screen connecting during cloudy/stormy weather but it's been fine lately. Will see how it does on my next upcoming trips. I am enjoying the saftey alerts like lane assistance and the Apple Car Play feature is very nice! I bought this car for its reliability and hope it keeps is value as most Hondas do. I plan to keep it for a very long time unless I have another kiddo and feel otherwise :)
As someone who doesn't like to shop, Scott made buying a new car an easy and enjoyable experience. He worked and got us agreeable terms. I'll definitely come back here to get our 3rd vehicle from them.

Its great. A fun car to drive. Repairs are costly, but if you do most of the repairs yourself, you should be ok. Labor is expensive $$$$$$$
I recently purchased a Honda CR-V from this dealership. DJ promptly followed up on my interest with a phone call and email. He was patient through all of my questions and made a great effort to stay in contact with me while I shopped around and decided which car to move forward with. The truck is comfortable to ride in and fun to drive. The interior is well thought out. The body style is pleasing to the eye IMO. Wish RAM had offered the quad cab with the longer bed in 2017, they do now.
I had to come in due to tire pressure light on my Honda CR-V. While waiting on service department to check the tires, I went and talked with DJ Walters about test driving a Honda Pilot. DJ was very helpful in explaining how the vehicle safety system worked with lane assist, which I liked the idea of having on my SUV. After the test drive. DJ sat down and showed me what he could do to put me in the Honda Pilot. Sold! Best experience I have ever had buying a new car. I love my new Honda Pilot and highly recommend buying from DJ Walters. Thanks again DJ.
Worst costumer support

This is a nice truck except for a few problems 1. The paint is cheap and scratches fairly easily for the price of the truck. 2. No rear heat or a/c in crew cab 3. The worst costumer service ever. (Let me explain) I took my truck to two different dealerships for the same problem multiple times for the drivers assist warning. They replaced the sensors under the seat at least twice and now saying they need to be replaced again @ $658. I keep asking why the problem is always intermittent with no answer. I suggested they check for a short, but was looked at like I was stupid I am over my warranty by a little over 600 miles and GM says they won't help me. You be the judges
Shawn Becton and Chris Blanchard are very helpfull and understanding and mindful of the situation we have bought like 11 cars from them made the mistake of purchasing one car somewhere else never again thanks guys you go above and beyond!
Nissan makes a great vehicle. Good buy.

Looked at many SUV’s. The Armada is a great deal for what you get. Very stylish design, third row seats lay just about all the way flat which is perfect for our two large dogs. Surprisingly the Armada drives like a mid side vehicle and also has plenty of passing power when needed.
Everyone I spoke with over the phone and in person, were very kind, understanding and helpful. They made my visit less stressful and explained everything that was going on with my car. I'll give Nissan of New Bern staff an A++

I really enjoyed myself coming down to the Nissan dealership in New Bern North Carolina. I was given a friendly greeting right away and works with a sales associate who's willing to take the time and make sure that my needs and concerns for taking care of to the best of their ability. And even after the process was done my sales associate continue to let me know where they were in the process of getting me to my new car all the way to the very end. Good car on all counts. I'm still learning all the features;this is the first time I have owned a car with all the bells and whistles as they say. Love the look and it is reliable.
I have never, and I mean never enjoyed the process of buying a car. BUT, Mike Pecha made the experience enjoyable. Not only was he knowledgeable about the car and explained everything to me a couple of times, Mike was friendly and personable.
I love the car and the attention to making sure I was happy when I left. Mike has been in touch with me several times, just making sure I didn't have questions. I know I can call, text or email Mike and he will respond within minutes.
Trent is lucky to have Mike Pecha and I am so glad he was there to serve me. I have told all my friends and I will be a loyal customer.

This vehicle from the start had issues. At 2,000 miles the auto stop feature failed and I was stuck in the middle of an intersection. I had to turn the vehicle off and restart it to get the engine to re-engage. Which then I got pulled over from a police officer because I hesitated too long at the intersection. The dealership had it for 1.5 weeks as it needed a new battery and cam shaft cylinoids. The local dealership had been great but GM directly is horrible. It now has radio software issues that I have had it in now twice for it and still isn't working properly. I had a 2017 Acadia before this one that was so unsafe GM ended up buying back from me. I will buy from the dealership again but I will never ever purchase anything from General Motors again.
I was looking to make my first ever vehicle purchase and happened to browse the lot of Trent Cadillac. The salesman, Mike Pecha, was there for me from start to finish. He was friendly, approachable, knowledgeable, great communicator, and very trusting to work with. He made the process very smooth. He was very easy to talk to and was available and reachable by phone or text at any time. He answered all my questions and put me at ease. The vehicle I purchased was a fantastic deal and I never thought I could have got it on my budget. I’m hoping to enjoy this vehicle for years to come. Also, my mom bought a Cadillac from Trent previously and was satisfied which encouraged me to consider browsing their inventory. I’m glad I did because I do not think I could have gotten as good a deal anywhere else and to have had such good customer service. I highly recommend Mike Pecha if you are interested in buying a car. I bought an off-lease 2017 with 36k miles. I've driven it for a couple of months and love it so far. The auto stop/start takes a little getting used to, and if I'm going through a drive thru I sometimes pull it down into Manual just so it doesn't stop and start so many times.
The exterior styling turns heads, and the interior is very luxurious and comfortable. It's a true pleasure to drive, and the automatic braking has already prevented a possible collision in a parking lot. The lane keep assist is also a great feature, especially if you are someone who gets sleepy driving.
I was looking for a hard to find truck and Holly Ridge Auto Mart had one that fit my criteria. I live 250 miles away so I had a lot of questions and special requests before I made the decision to road trip down there to test drive the vehicle. Bill and Brandy shot some very specific videos and pictures to give me every chance to look at this vehicle in its entirety. Very prompt responses and quality videos and photos gave me the confidence to make the trip and it was worth it for sure. The truck looked even better in person. It was better than advertised in my opinion and I made a security deposit to reserve the truck long enough for me to go home and get the check! Car definitely meets my needs. Love everything about it. Had it for approximately 1 month. But its alot better than my last car. Everything in it works perfectly. The only problem I have with it, is that a piece of the interior door is loose.
