Great communication and friendly people. Although the buying process was a little sketchy. If you DON'T FINANCE through them, there's a $1500 fee. In my instance, when I looked at the car the price was $X, when I went to purchase the car, it was $3000 higher (10 days after the initial inspection)...Look and BUY BEFORE the end of the month...(I looked on the 28th and bought on the 10th of the next month). They DID NOT honor the original price, and I showed them a screenshot of the price change. Financing was easy and the manager was very friendly and honest. He just couldn't adjust the price but offered deals on other packages (maintenance and service). Ultimately, I didn't mind paying the extra 3K because I asked and they agreed to replace all 4 brakes (about $6K) so if the car didn't need that I think the manager would have budged...or I would have waited for the end of the month again and possibly miss out on the car. Again, both managers and the salesperson were very helpful with great communication and I would buy from them again. I would just insist on the price or walk away.

A one owner, Arizona car with 47,860 original miles. Always serviced at Tesla in Scottsdale. The car is great fun to drive, as it's very quick, handles nicely and it's very dependable. About 160 mile range which is perfect for running around town. The navigation system is the best I've ever seen. Super easy to use and very accurate. Operating cost is very low compared to a car powered by a gas engine. I love the car and we're getting a new one.

I just bought a car here and Sabrina was our sales person she whent above and beyond to help us have bought cars from them o er the past 25 years and my children and grandchildren also have i have always a good experience i would definitely recommend them

As noted above, I have only driven the car from the dealership to home but fully expect it to perform excellent based on the condition of the car.

Even used, the car consistently has 230 range--a little more in the summer, a little less in the winter. But more than enough to meet my needs. I have about an 80-mile round trip commute, so switched to electric to quit buying so much gas. Will never go back to an ICE (Internal Combustion Engine) car! Smooth ride, instant power, massive display that shows everything you need--the only thing I missed were some coat hooks, but those can be purchased aftermarket. It's fun, quiet, doesn't stink like gas, and is just a joy to drive.

Friendly and informative without the "what will it take" pressure that you get from most dealerships. I wanted to check out a Fiat 500e and decided that it was too small for our needs. My wife and I both loved the low pressure sales and went back and got a Honda e-golf instead.

My experience at Cars R Us was good. Marquez helped me out and he was cool to work with. Purchasing the truck went smoothly and negotiation went better than I thought it could. I wish I would have taken a longer test drive, as I found a few things about the truck after purchasing. But the men and woman at Cars R Us seemed like great people. I had a great experience purchasing my used 2023 Tesla Y from Lumin Fisker! I worked with Alexandria who was very helpful in selecting this vehicle and answering all my questions. Jeff was great, as has been Ray in prior visits. The waiting area is comfortable and they send you a video of their inspection with commentary during the service. All the staff are helpful and courteous, and the online portal works well.
