5 years ago I never imagined myself purchasing a BMW. After some of the best driving and service experience I have encountered with my 2013 X1, I was interested in purchasing 3 Series for my wife's next daily driver. Two month's ago we decided to upgrade our 2013 X1 to a newer X1, and once again, Dennis found us an incredible deal on a 2018 service loaner with such low miles it was hardly broken in! Dennis Fisher at BMW Sun Motors was by far the very best salesperson I have ever had. I was in search of a 3 series pre-owned vehicle and had a trade in 1 Series convertible. In a short period of time Dennis showed me several cars, responded to questions, and then I test drove a wonderful 2014 328XI BMW. The service department here is outstanding. I had a recall on my X-5. From the time they called me until it was done, the employees that my wife and I dealt with were so accommodating, polite, helpful and made the whole process easy to go through. I wanted to purchase a "Demo, or Executive" X3. After owning/leasing 10 BMWs over the past decade, I knew the model and options that I wanted. I could not find the X3 that I wanted in the Pittsburgh area, so I expanded my search. I found that Sun BMW in Mechanicsburg had a few X3s that matched my requirements. Salesman Kyle Smith responded to my 7am Saturday morning email within a few minutes. I spoke with Kyle several times that morning about the vehicles that interested me. He was very attentive and answered all of my questions. I decided to drive 200 miles to see the 2 vehicles we discussed. I purchased the vehicle at the end of the day on Saturday. A few days later, Kyle drove 200 miles to deliver my X3 to me. Kyle is very attentive and knowledgeable. I will be in touch with Kyle in a few years for my next BMW!

Our 2022 X5 was a beautiful car to us. Unfortunately it didn't work for us as my wife is handicapped and found it difficult to get in and out of - it's higher than one would expect and came to realize the seats are more inboard than other cars that are direct competitors. The 3 inch door sill was almost like a running board and contributed to her struggles. Even though we had the multi-contour seats, we found the lower cushion seat side bolsters too firm for any drive more than an hour. The seat back was fine. While driving around town and 2 lanes was great, it didn't track as well on the highway as one would expect, even after an alignment (it was off at delivery). Our old Volvos were much better in that regard. The positives include the exterior and interior design/layout, the quality, ride, handling and power. It also still has a few buttons, albeit a bit small when driving. The headlights were awesome and the gas mileage was better than expected, 21 around town and 28+ on the highway. Our situation is unique, and after 7 months we sold the car to a tall, able bodied couple.

Very comfortable, with massaging seats plus heated and cooled seats. I’m not sure that it’s a great value because it is expensive. The adaptive cruise control and the lane keeping work very well and almost make it self-driving.

I almost bought a BMW 325i, 40 years ago. My new BMW M340ix is perfect on looks, feel, handling, drivability, power and size. I guess what they say is so true; Better late than never. power and size! Almost bought a 325i 40 years ago but still better late than never. It’s really not just a catch phrase for sales, it really is; “The Ultimate Driving Machine”.

It's all about the B58 in the M40i. I dinged it one star on comfort because this little SUV rides quite "sporty" even in Comfort mode. I absolutely love this about the car, but I could see how some would feel this is too harsh as it is not a luxurious, cushy ride. But tuck this little beast into a fast corner and it's just...wow! This little German SUV is a sleeper. While the X3M is very nice, the M40i is the perfect balance in my opinion. BMW has really stepped up their game in the X3.

I have this car for 26,000 miles now. This is the best X5 that I have ever owned. The new engine is great on the xdrive 40i. No need for the M60. 0-60 in 3.9 seconds. Handling is great. Tires and much better than on the previous generation. The ride is tight and comfortable. They did an awesome job. Hopefully, this car will last as long as my previous 2010 X5.

Liked the outside design, I got the M package, red calipers etc... Not use to having a gear level, miss my analog gauges In previous 5 . Top of dash grill has a cheap feel, plastic.

this 2023 bmw x7 is even bigger then before and it espcillly nice car. the interior is very spacious and a whole fmaily could fit in their. it is also veyr rleiable and it is also really comfortrbale when I sit in the 2023 bmw x7. it is so better thne the older ones and it has excellent diegshn and exterior styling. it is veyr nice and veyr good lights as well.

Had the car for about a month and it is everything I wanted and more. Great purchasing experience. Even better driving experience. Definitely would recommend.

As a BMW driver for decades (318i, 328i), I reluctantly switched to Tesla when the Model S became the first practical EV. I wanted to drive electric more than I wanted to be loyal to (IMHO) the best line of sedans and coupes on the planet. I loved the S, too, but after 12 years it was having problems, support was rotten, and it was time for a replacement. Fortunately, all the manufacturers have EVs now. Although I test drove several other makes, I was delighted to see that the BMW i4 was my favorite. When it started to look like tariffs were going to increase prices, I abbreviated my search and went for the Bimmer. By chance, the dealer had a 2024 shop loaner available with low mileage and a lower price than a brand new 2025 so I leased it. (Incidentally, it was less expensive in absolute dollars than the Model S was in 2012!) I'm glad I "pulled the trigger" when I did and I love the car. Handling is excellent. It "feels like" a BMW despite slightly lighter steering than my last 328. It's feature-rich and I'm still learning the ancillary controls. I'm OK with CarPlay although Tesla's own infotainment system is better. The driver assist is good and automatic stop/start in heavy traffic is a joy although I still prefer steering myself under better conditions. I think most BMW drivers will feel likewise. I haven't used self-parking other than a demo in the dealer's lot but I promise to try it. I don't expect to need a lot of service - it's an EV - but at least BMW takes phone calls! The cell phone app is better than Tesla's and it's NOT the only way to schedule service. My only real objection is the location of the charge port at right-rear which will make it awkward to use short-corded Tesla Superchargers even once BMW concludes a deal with Tesla. The i4 has more "hard" controls - which I prefer for eyes-on-the-road driving - than Model S but its voice recognition commands are more limited. Its navigator has the same voice as Model S but gives more frequent bum steers. All in all, I'm very glad I made the switch. And I didn't give money to the Little Dictator who works for the Big Dictator!

Only have been driving the car for a week, but it is clearly the best SUV I have experienced. My wife drives the Mercedes 300 - a fine car as well, but I have always preferred BMY engine performance and handling. The X3 is simply a pleasure to drive.
