Walked in one day after previously looking at a new car in the lot for my wife. Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.

My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

I stopped by the lot to look at an older Chevy I saw online. Once I got there, a salesman, Otto took me browsing through a few other cars. I was really interested in a Toyota but didn't think I could afford it. After leaving that night with cold feet, the sales continued to check in on me and eventually contacted me when he found a car I would love. I came in to see the Highlander and fell in love. The dealership stayed open until I was finally ready to make the commiment to purschase the car. A few service issues were needed, however the dealership handled them and got me on the road safetly and quickly. Great place to by a car.
I was a little put off by the fact that they were going to send me off without a copy of my multipoint inspection. When I brought it to the attention of the two service providers, they confirmed the only thing that came up was the three services (spark plugs, fuel injector, coolant flush) that they had told me about. Regardless, I wanted a copy of it for my records should anything happen or come up. Instead of asking the tech for it, the female service advisor just grabbed a blank one and marked everything 'green.' How do I know at that point that the inspection was even done? Quite frankly, this is the second dealership I've visited, and after countless issues with Kia overall, I am thankful my car is paid off and I will never get another one again.
These two guys negotiated with us to give us the best deal possible to drive out with our new truck tonight! Will definitely recommend them to anybody that is looking to get a new car/truck! They???re the guys to go to! 10/10.. because the scale only goes up to 10!
