Seven days after meeting Randy we were test driving vehicles. My husband and I were still undecided until he showed us one of the cars he included in an email. Initially, I was not satisfied with the service. After stopping by to see and eventually purchasing a chevy express van, I was informed that it needed to be inspected. However, this was after filling out paperwork and waiting over 4 hours. I sent a reply email to manager. The following day I received a call from Chad who kept me updated on the status of the van. Once it was completed I finished the purchase process. All the pricing we agree upon was kept. Nothing changed! Rough start to an excellent finish. Great job AutoNation!
