I had an appointment with Colton to look at a 2023 RAV4 XLE . On my way to the dealership, he called me to let me know that it just sold. Being that I was only a few minutes away from Byers , thought I would see what other RAV4s that were available. So I met Colton and had a very nice conversation with him. He wrote down notes of what I was looking for in a RAV 4 and said he would contact me if something came in. A couple of days later I found what I was looking for at another car dealership in town. I figured it was only polite to let Colton know that I found another vehicle. Told him that I enjoyed taking to him, that he had a nice disposition about himself and would keep his card to recommend him to family and friends.

One of the best vehicles I have owned. I own a 2019 xle and the ride and comfort is superb. Ease of accessibility getting in and out. Ease of parking and just the right road height and size. To date no issues. Acceleration is just right. Yes not overly quick, but serves the purpose. Truly love this vehicle.

My experience with BMW has always been amazing. I've been getting both ny cars serviced with BMW dealership and they are always welcoming, service is amazing. Amenities while waiting has been top tier, drinks, appetizers, entertainment, rides, they are always great with their hospitality.
