He listened well to what we were looking for, problem solved, offered 3 options for us to choose from with no pressure. It is obvious that he knows that if he takes care of his customers they will take care of him. With the finance manager, once we told him we would not be buying any extras, the attitude us changed from very friendly and chatty to business and only business. No smile. It was a little disappointing.
