Very disappointed by not receiving spare key! Salesman Tom told me he only received $200.00. Lots or crow as dealership would not be in business if this was true. Like a circus waiting around with the clowns for the deal.

Mario was awesome. He didn't pressure me. He was extremely patient and not the stereotypical. in your face car salesman that you see on t v. He was actually a really nice guy, not at all pushy or abrasive. Extremely professional. I was impressed. I didn't go to toyota, planning on buying a brand new car but after talking to mario over the course of a couple of days, i bought the twenty twenty six corolla. I love it. Thanks mario.

Having always hated the car buying experience, I so dreaded having to replace my vehicle of 10 years. However, Jose Barina is just a great Salesperson. Honest and explains it so easily. As well, he worked out a very fair deal. I am most impressed as he is like what sales people were like when I was young.... over 50 years ago+++ (I am in no way related or knew of him until this past week. Thank you Jose and give him a chance. I think you will also be impressed.

I had an excellent experience at Balise Toyota throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend purchasing a car here. Nick was great from the beginning. We stopped in to test drive the Rav 4 and within 15 minutes we were out on the road! Nick was fantastic start to finish in helping us acquire the proper insurance and banking documents that we needed to purchase the car. He was there at the end to congratulate us and send us on our way. 5 stars! The pick up process was excellent and exceeded our expectations. I love that Balise provided someone to talk us through the features of our vehicle before just letting us drive off to figure it out on our own. Nate was fantastic in doing this. Very calm and thorough. I did not feel rushed. He got my phone connected with apple play, which is super cool! He showed me how all that stuff worked and he answered all of my questions. I love that if I have any future questions about the car or the technology that I can check in without feeling like I am bothering someone. Good vibes!! 5 stars! I love the new car. My first ever new car purchase at age 53 and am super psyched to have joined the Balise Toyota family!! Thank you for your commitment to good service, it shines through in your employees! Dawn Premo

Karen was absolutely great. She had two vehicles for me to try a RAV4 hybrid and a Corolla Cross. Provided a lot of information about both, wasn’t pushy. I ended up with the Rav4. Super easy process. Was in and out in no time. Pickup day was great too. She ran through a little paperwork, then paired me up with a specialist to run through all the features of the vehicle, even paired my phone for me. A++. I can’t say enough, Karen was great.

Very nice dealership experience. Jorge was very helpful and knowledgeable during my vehicle purchase. If you plan on purchasing from Toyota of Naperville, Jorge is the salesman to see.

Great place. Up front honesty and not pushy at all. I would definitely return to purchase a vehicle here again.
