This review is in reference to their service center. I'm not really sure how I feel about the service center. I can say that their staff Crystal is really polite and professional, however, this location is not forward thinking or considerate of time. I had an appointment in the morning and it was light freezing rain and on and off snow, a very light coating. Instead of receiving a courteous call saying that they would not be able to service the car due to the weather, they had me drive in and go through their entire check-in process just to tell me that they could only do a visual inspection. They could have simply called and said this instead of having me drive to the location just to tell me that or provided a warning when I made the appointment. I can understand not wanting to test drive the car in freezing rain, however, I've had my previous vehicle serviced at other locations and would always receive a call the day before or on that day if they could not service the car. So if you are taking your car to Heritage Toyota Catonsville service center and the weather (rain, snow, sleet, fog) permits them from working on your car or test driving the car, it would be best for you to call them before you drive their and go through their check-in process just to be told they cant work on the vehicle .
When I 1st walked in the building, I was immediately greeted by Chano King. This guy knew his stuff. I got my a great deal for my trade in and by me into a brand new Rogue. He even showed me how to work the features in my new vehicle. I was very happy with my visit. If Chano is around for another 2 or 3 years, he is the 1st person I would go to for buying another vehicle. Great job Mr. King. Thank you once again Nissan.

Rado, the salesman that I worked with, was fantastic. He spent a lot of time answering my annoying all my questions. Then after we agreed on the sale, Bong Lee was super pleasant and knowledgeable about the extended warranty and the final sale transaction was a smooth experience.
I had a wonderful experience at this dealership. I was purchasing my first car and have rough credit but Bazz really worked with me and worked for me to help get the car I wanted. He was very nice and polite and even went out of his way to find an iphone charger when my phone died. The finance Manager Mark looked out for me and genuinely cared about helping my credit to only go up from here. I will def be telling everyone I know about this dealership because they really helped me out in purchasing my 2016 VW Jetta!

After several bad experiences with trying to buy a used car at other dealers, and after an especially bad morning event that day, I responded to an online ad via text from my car. Within minutes Jason had responded to me via text, and we arranged a trip to the dealer. Jason was very easy to deal with, understood our primary needs in a car, was willing to negotiate, and even took care of a minor upholstery repair. The really excellent service followed over the next week, when the car unexpectedly developed locking and battery issues. We took the car back in for repair, and everything was repaired and covered as part of the original sale. While it was being repaired, Jason called me every day to update me as to the status, and this was without question the best service I have ever had from a dealer. I think what I valued the most was I was treated with utmost respect during the entire process. If I could give 10 stars, I would!

Answer to the questions in my title is Heck YES!! I worked with Jay Johnson and he was a fantastic sales person. From the beginning Jay made me fell comfortable and at ease that this was going to be an easy process, and he delivered. Jay is very personable and when working with him it’s not all sell sell sell. He asks questions about you, and makes it about you and not what’s best for him. He makes the process about you. If you want a experience you will never forget and a place to send all your friends and family. I recommend Jay Johnson. Even after the process was over he has been very helpful. I found that some of the weather stripping was coming off from inside the door, I called him and he immediately set me up with Pam in service and rectified the situation without a blink of and eye. They have taken my jeep and performed crucial needed repairs and have cared for it so well that it???s almost like a brand new Jeep and it???s incredible!
