This car has met (most) of my expectations. I love all of the features, but I wish the speedometer was digital to see what speed I am going, and I wish I could see how many miles I have left to an empty tank. A couple other things I would have loved to have is a blind spot monitor, and remote start but these are all just luxuries and do not affect the cars driving abilities. Just my personal preferences! Overall very happy with my purchase and I hope this vehicle lasts me a long time!

First, I'd like to say I'll never buy from a dealer (other than CarMax) again. This process was painless and positive. If you go to Renton - ask for TYSON - he was great. Laid back, informative, and what I value most - not pushy or slick. I told him some of the things I wanted in a car and he came up with the perfect choice for me. The signing took about 30 minutes and I was done. They filled up the tank - put a pretty bow on the car when I picked it up - and generally made me feel important and valued. I can't recommend this company enough!

I don't know how many have got to enjoy a car for 300,000 miles without ever leaving you on the side of the road, but I have. My Toyota Venza was at 280,000 miles and still running strong when it was involved in an accident. The only things ever went bad was the radiator and a/c. Who can say that besides a Toyota owner? My 2016 Highlander XLE that I recently purchased is roomy, luxurious, and dependable. The size fits my family's needs. I can't wait to enjoy this vehicle over the next many years!

This is me second sale to Carmax. The first sale went smoothly and everything they said was true! People who turn their car into the dealer are totally getting screwed. For example I turned in a 2020 c300 early this year. The payoff was $32k; I got $36k from Carmax. Unbelievable. However, companies like Mercedes allowed Carmax to pay off the lease. Now they require you to buy out the lease so you have to come up with the cash and then you have to wait until you get the title before you can go to Carmax. Sounds like a little anti trust behavior.

This car is so comfortable for me an my family and I can go anywhere with out any mind problem. I love my car and al my family enjoy my new care

I always use Steve's Hometown Toyota for service on my Toyota Tacoma. I recently took it in for noise issues and they were able to locate and fix, plus they found an additional issue that was like a recall that was also taken care of. I was given a courtesy car and got phone calls for updates throughout the process from Scott my Service Advisor. Received my truck back and I couldn't be happier. Besides the excellent work, they are very courteous and kind which is often hard to find these days. I would strongly recommend them for your service needs.

After Team One Toyota treated my brother and his family great, we decided to make the 3 hour drive and look for a new vehicle. While we were there we were very close to getting a used vehicle that was brought in overnight. Keith and Scott provided the most stress free, professional car buying experience that I have experienced. They were helpful to the point of referring me to a local shop capable of providing a detailed, third party inspection...then ultimately driving it to/from the shop. There was no pressure, even when we ultimately decided this wasn't the right time to make this particular purchase. The overall experience was refreshing. I will be monitoring their inventory, as there's a good chance I'll ultimately buy my next vehicle from them.
