The salesmen at Carway were laid-back and didn’t act like the stereotypical slimy car dealer. The car was fairly priced, they warmed it up for me before I came to look at it, and when I’d signed for it, they gave it a final detail before I took it off the lot.

The vehicle I had been exploring was sold so Albert took time to help me find something that benefited my family but fit in my price range. There was a lot of time spent ensuring I understood the process and the next steps. I liked the open door policy and not pressured into having to buy. I was looking to buy my husband a vehicle as a surprise. I was thinking of a used truck. My husband was visiting his ailing 95 year old father out of state. Upon looking around the car lot my focus kept going to the new Broncos. In our 42 years of marriage I have always gotten the new vehicles, while my husband took my hand me downs. I decided it was his turn to get a new vehicle. The salesman, Shawn spent a lot of time and legwork to help ensure I could get the vehicle, Hayden in finance was great as well. We have purchased 4 out of 5 of our vehicles from Kendall of Wasilla. As long as we live in Alaska they will always get our business. We have always had fantastic experience from the service dept. to finance dept. to sales staff.
