Had the pleasure of working with Mark Balzarini and Joe D'Orazio on configuring and ordering my new 435i. I asked a lot of questions and both of them were very fast responding to them. Once the order was placed Mark kept me updated with production number and boat name so that I could track the car from production, through the English Channel and finally to the Baltimore Port. Once at the port, Mark kept me updated on when the car was headed to the dealership. The best car buying total experience I ever had. The "unveiling" of the car in the showroom was over the top. I was not expecting that and really made an exclamation on the total process. Would definitely recommend both Mark and Joe.

This is our second highlander, had a 2008 sport and loved it. Never a problem after 165,000 miles. But wanted more safely features of forward collection, blind spot monitors and lane departures alert with back up sensors. Found a limited with these features. Couldn't be happier. Quality built and roomy. Good fuel mileage and well built.

This suv would not be half bad except for the horrible wind noise front passenger. Toyota looked at it twice and won't admit there is excess wind much more fix it. I am working with them but I suspect I will be let down. If this is the case I will dump it and drive my 2002 until it dies and then buy a ford f 150 rather than a tundra.. Yes its that bad!!! I loved the 2002, this one not so much and not just the wind. The gps is useless and hard to use, the voice commands are 100% useless. ask it for pizza and it comes back with steak, not even close. I choose to use my $159 garmin which is 10X better and I never ever had to open the manual. Also the shut off at stop sign is useless and annoying. Overall its a solid 3 with nothing special and no redeeming options. It is my 6th Toyota/ lexus and probably the only one that isn't 5* It is probably 1 month from going on the lot unless they can fix the horrible wind., then I might look past all the average stuff.

S&S was a great place to get my vehicle. First off - I thought it being in a small town would mean not a lot of selection. Then you drive to this place and it's like a megamall of cars. There is like a car of every make there. I wanted an SUV but I didn't know if I wanted GM or some other brand. I guess I just wanted the best deal and to know that the thing wouldn't break down two days after buying it. They were quick to help me figure out a couple to look at - and then weren't pushy or annoying like most car sales places. They didn't even really try to get an answer out of me. They just told me to think about whether this vehicle would meet my family's needs and if it worked with our budget. It totally did, so I didn't feel bad about saying yes. They were able to do the financing quickly so I didn't have to spend 6 hours there. Which is nice because we had our two kids with us and they bounce off the walls quickly. Very disappointed bought top of line in model Platinum chrome but did not include automatic start or individual tire psi or specific low tire designation or automatic interior lighting when doors are open including rear hatch which at night is rediculous. Also the PCS I’m sure doesn’t work had a close call on rte 95 in South Carlolina and not so much as a waning tested it many times myself to see if I would at least get a Warning no such luck. Complained to the dealer and he said he tested it in Cruise control and since it wired in this mode the PCS IS OK . Didn’t convince me since I think there has to better way to check out the PCS especially when I had a bad experience with it but fortunately turned out fine because of my evasive action which still should have given me at least a warning because it was so close

I test drove and compared the 2018 Honda Pilot, Nissan Murano, and Toyota Highlander. I chose the Highlander for reliability and all around better car for our needs and taste. I got the AWD XLE as it seemed to be the best version for the money. I liked the looks of the captain chairs in the second row, but opted for the full bench instead for friendlier seating for three adults instead of having to put one in the third row which is more for kids than adults. So far I love the car and the MPG has been very respectful.

I needed a 7 passenger vehicle that was more reliable than my 2007 Chrysler Pacifica. I wanted everything that my pac had. This limited was it! It had Everything I wanted including a Navi system. Only thing I wish it had were parking sensors like my Lr2 has.( my lr2 doesn’t have a backup system 😞) Very reliable!! Had for two years and just replaced rear brakes & key fob battery. Luv keyless entry. Cant go wrong. The seats are not as comfortable as I would have liked( drove to Ohio, Virginia & Iowa) and it’s not as comfortable as my lr2) very Good buy especially here in the North East! No problems!

I had a 2017 model that was totaled, however my wife who was driving it did not have a scratch except the pains from the accident.All air bags opened instantly and the seat belt tightened immediately preventing her head hitting the steering or windshield. The other car was also totaled , however the other driver had several broken bones.Therefore we decided to buy the same car and same model but the 2019.

Miss my Subaru

Really thought Toyota Highlander would be an excellent replacement for our 2011 Subaru Outback. Other than styling and 3rd row seating it fails on all levels. Not confidence inspiring in snow and ice. Annoying radar cruise. Odd unintuitive controls. Weak engine. If I'd have known Subaru was coming out with an SUV with a 3rd row we'd be happy still.

If I had not selected Dylan Rukab as a salesperson the outcome would likely have been much different: I would have walked to visit two other Toyota dealers in Jacksonville in search of the same truck Dylan put me in, a 2017 Tacoma Sport 4x4 with 34k miles in near excellent condition. Dylan was expert in description and calmly familiár with what was available for inventory. There was no up sell, no feeling of being jerked around to view lesser equipment and best of all, no beating around the bush on the cost. I came away admiring his style and demeanor, we established a rapport rare in the touchy used car sales world. This I know from having two used car sales guys on my wife???s side of the family I wouldn???t buy a hotdog from, let alone a real nice truck like the one Dylan sold me. I got a fair deal, no complaints and frankly, if you the reader just want to have a positive experience buying your next whatever Dylan guy to ask for.

I have had a Toyota for over 35 years so I have been to many dealerships. Toyota dealerships run from excellent to well meaning but incompetent to absolutely reprehensible. When they are good, they are very,very good and when they are bad they are horrid. This was my first experience with Germain and I'm very,very pleased in every way. From the moment I arrived I was treated as a valued customer. Peggy M. obviously knows how to keep customers happy. She listened to all that I needed done now that my Tundra has 100,000 plus miles and got things in motion very efficiently. After the technician had a chance to look at my truck, she took me back and we all went over the details. There was a minor issue that I hadn't noticed and one of the major concerns I had turned out not to be needed yet. One of the greatest concerns any new customer has with a repair department is trust. After talking with the technician I was confident that a) he knew what needed to be done and could do it the way it should be done, and b) he was not suggesting repairs that were unnecessary. I could certainly see that the service department was very busy but my truck was ready more quickly than I expected. If I were the owner's brother I can't imagine that I would have been treated any better.
