I inquired about a car they had listed through cars.com from their lot. I received a call back quickly from the sales rep who was friendly and personable. I'm not sure if I'll end up buying from them, but I am several states away and they seemed well prepared for out of state transactions.

We recently purchased a used car and everyone was very helpful in the approval process. We did have to inconveniently come back a couple times for paperwork but as long as they kept us in good communication, which they did, everything was fine. Pasha sold us the car and Zack helped us finance it. They were both great.
I returned here recently in search of a car. Kevin communicated with me via email and we worked out numbers that way which was a dream come true. Instead of the pushy dealership tactics of normal he was very frank and accommodating in helping me reach a deal. We drove in at about 5pm of a Friday and drove out with a nicely polished and waxed car in one hour. The buying process was so quick and not aggressive since they don't push all those extras on to the buyer. Even my wife was shocked at how quick everything went. They even filled up the tank before we left which was an extra special touch we weren't expecting. Will definitely be back!
We are new parents, with an eight-month-old baby, looking for a reliable car. Our experience at Diamond Auto Sales has been exceptional. Julian Jones showed us around the lot and was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. When we came upon on a 2004 Mercedes Benz E320 Wagon, it was in the midst of getting the suspension repaired. We were impressed by the low-mileage and spotless interior. The price was just above blue book, but it was in beautiful condition. We had auto financing set up with our credit union. Julian jumped through all the hoops the bank required and worked patiently with us throughout the process. The truly exceptional part of the experience was when the airmatic suspension system was showing signs of a leak. Diamond Auto Sales replaced the entire suspension system. We also had a list of small repairs that had been recommended by another local repair shop. And while the mechanic at Diamond was fixing the suspension system they also took the time to take care of a few of these small adjustments (just because we had asked) and at no cost to us! We were overjoyed and so grateful. Julian took pride in making sure that we were truly happy with the vehicle. The service is great! The online tool to schedule does not update the service records at Concord Toyota. Recommend that it not be used and call the service there. I have used it twice and been told I didn't have an appointment. Luckily they were able to still do the service.

The van we looked at was missing some components and the CD player didn’t appear to work. No negotiation, just if you like it great, if not keep looking.
Sales folks are straight forward-no one is making a new best friend but they are courteous.
Adam Raines was a friendly and knowledgeable sales person. He helped me learn about the car I was interested and wasn't pushy. All of my special requests were fulfilled without any issues. Overall I had great experience and felt that I got a fair price.
