Used 2018 Toyota Prius Prime Advanced for sale near me

I purchased my 2018 Prius Prime Advanced back in March of 2018 and have never had a problem with the vehicle. I work only 7 miles from my home and usually go 3 months on a tank of gas and average 165-175 mpg. I will say I use non ethanol gas in the vehicle since it sits in the tank for an extend period of time. I did change the tires after 50K only because of the tire noise but other than that I do the oil changes every 10k since the gas engine doesn't come on that often. People say what about your electric bill ? I charge on off peak times and can't tell a difference in our power bill.

I never thought I would go for a Prius, but the Prime has a much nicer look to the exterior, and it drives so smoothly while still feeling roomy inside. Our average gas mileage is about 68mpg, if we even use gas at all. Since we have the plug-in model, we can go about 25 miles off just the electric when the car is charged. The plug fits into a regular standard US wall socket. Toyota makes it really easy to go partially electric, and I still have the comfort of a gas tank for backup and longer trips. When on EV mode, the car is silent because the engine doesn't need to kick on. And when it switches to hybrid mode, the engine is unintrusive and turns on smoothly. Only cons are that there's no middle seat in the back row for the 2018 and it rides very low, so you have to really watch out for speed bumps, pot holes, and curbs. Again, I was a cynic before getting the Prius Prime, but it's 100% the best plug-in hybrid that we saw and I would recommend it to anybody. It saved me hundreds of dollars on gas in just the first few months, and probably thousands over the years.

The car is great but you need to be aware that if you use the electric power for the majority of the time, you will be doing a lot more brake maintenance. I am only in my second year of ownership and already doing my second brake treatment. Toyota apparently did not think that most people would use electrical.

The features on this vehicle provide the driver with comfort, especially when traveling long distances. The large navigation screen, automatic windshield wipers, high/low beam lights, distance between cars with cruise control all give you less to worry about so you can focus on the road.

Comfortable ride. Gas mileage is great. The car is a perfect size for me. Lots of extras like USB charger, front and rear cameras, driving efficiency display.

He will give you advice about the vehicle (coming from a master auto technician) and get you into something that is right for you not into some xxx that has the best profit margin. My experience today was different (for the better) because the small issues I had with the car he was willing to sit down and go over making a list to fix before we made a deal… where I am used to the seller dropping the notorious “the car is priced for what your getting”. Anyways, he has clean cars there and stands by them with a warranty that is rare in the used car business. And trust me when you talk to him you know he will stand behind his warranty and his cars.
