The sales process was friendly and easy. Came to a complicated deal, trading a recently purchased 2025 Camry for a 2026 Crown, rather quickly after spending time with the salesperson, Eyad Elxxxxany, Eyad was very nice and made the process pleasurable. This as the 85th car purchase I have made throughout my lifetime, due to a love of automobiles. I will definitely ask for Eyad if I purchase again!

I went from a corolla cross le gas model to a rav 4 hybrid le and there is a major difference in the size and road noise. I love the gas mileage in the rav 4 hybrid. The cabin is very quiet in the rav 4 hybrid. I am glad to recommend the rav 4 hybrid over the corolla cross le gas model.

Hidden fees and trapping strategies, the dark side of sales culture in the industries are so common nowadays. However, I didn't see or have not felt them at all this time, at least thus far, from this purchase. It would definitely be the place for me to go again when considering to buy another car. I wouldn't hesitate at all to recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to buy a new car or trade in a car.

I just moved to North Carolina from Illinois and it has not been an easy transition lets just say that. As soon as I pulled into Hendrick Toyota of Apex I was greeted by many smiling faces. Paid cash for a 2007 Explorer. Price was good. New tires and battery. After the test drive, the whole buying process only took 20 minutes. As I did not trade in a vehicle I was stuck there with 2 cars. They had someone follow me home in my new car so I could get both home without having to pay for a cab. Top notch. Dane was excellent.
