I purchased a new 2022 Ram 1500 Big Horn in January 2023. Lithia's dealer discount on outgoing 2022 models plus Ram's incentives made this a good deal for me instead of buying a 2023 model. I was out of the country during the purchase process, so I never stepped foot inside the Lithia South Anchorage building. However, the communication with salesman Evan Griffin via e-mail and phone was great. There was a problem with one of the Stellantis bonus cash codes not being recognized by the computer system, but through perserverance Lithia and I ultimately were able to resolve the problem and receive the bonus cash. General Manager, John, and Sales Manager, Ansel, also got involved when necessary. Overall, a great buying experience for my new truck. Highly recommended!

Drove this '22 Rav4 throughout the US SW for over 3000 miles in 2 weeks without any problems and averaged 30+ mpg. Went through CO, UT, NV, CA, AZ, NM. Pleasant to drive and certainly comfortable enough. I have no complaints at the moment, and it doesn't have the CVT!

Great Car! I bought used only 10,000 miles. Lots of room inside, easy to keep clean, and great turning radius - barely use one hand to turn completely around. I see people turning with 2 hands and leaning! Not the Rav - you just guide it. Always starts, low idle, quiet, and everything adjustable. I had another Rav, and I won't change now.

2022 Toyota RAV4 LE. I purchased this SUV new in 2022. It is the second RAV4 in our family of two. My wife purchased her 2018 RAV4 Hybrid limited new in 2018. She has depended on and enjoyed her SUV for 4 years now. Her experience influenced my decisions to buy a Toyota RAV4.

This is my third vehicle purchased from Kendall Ford. This time I traded my 2021 F-150 for a 2025 Lincoln Corsair. Manny and Sean were very patient with my selections (3) and walked me through the best deal. I thoroughly enjoyed my interaction with Manny and Sean, Manny was training Sean through the deal, all three of us definitely connected. Finance with Jordan Embry was thorough, and the process again was smooth sailing. I love cars and sometimes can't help myself when it comes to test driving and the process. Just drove home in my new Rav4 last night. So far I'm loving it. It is the perfect size. It drives and handles nice. The interior is awesome and all the features are great. I've always driven Honda's and this is my first Toyota and I know I will love it for years to come. I got the Army Green and it is sic!!! Purchased at Wilsonville Toyota from Max V. and had a great experience. Highly recommend!!!

I was in the market for a Hybrid vehicle and was at the Toyota dealership and unfortunately they did not have anything in stock at the time. The salesman there (Max) did not stop there, he took me over to the Lexus side of the house and there I worked with Austin and Destiny. Between all three of them we found the right car for us, a Lexus RX 450h. Thanks everyone … Oh, and can’t forget Colleen either…

Overall, the RAV4 is a great car for commuting, families of four, and space. The RAV4 is the best when it comes to reliability. The RAV4 is very spacious in the second row and the trunk and the car offers comfortable seats. The RAV4 gets okay fuel economy but it does do decent in the snow. However there are some things that it lacks. The RAV4's navigation system is very frustrating to use, just use google maps instead. The RAV4's interior quality is not that great either, there are tons of fake buttons and plastic throughout the interior, but no one who buys a RAV4 cares about the interior. The RAV4 has decent styling, but it is not as stylish as the Mazda CX-5. The RAV4 only has 1 engine option, but does not feel underpowered. The RAV4 also doesn't have a very quiet or comfortable ride. Even though the seats are comfortable, the ride is loud and the inside rattles frequently. If you don't care about luxury and want a practical, reliable car, the RAV4 is perfect.

The service rep was very helpful and courteous. They did a great job, but the prices are outrageous. I would have work done somewhere else if I did not want all the maintenance done by them to maintain continuity.

Great car overall but have have had problems with radio/screen. Needed to go back to dealer to reboot. As a current owner of now 2 Toyotas only disappointment was service.

I had a great experience. I appreciated that they don't work on commission. The vehicle I had been exploring was sold so Albert took time to help me find something that benefited my family but fit in my price range. There was a lot of time spent ensuring I understood the process and the next steps. I liked the open door policy and not pressured into having to buy. I was able to locate vehicle that I have been driving for a few weeks and love. Albert even helped me with gaining insurance. I felt welcomed the whole time and left feeling informed. I like they provide car facts on their vehicles. I went there because many others recommended this company and now I do too.

I recently purchased a 2023 RAV4 Hybrid and love the car in general. That said, I have one major complaint. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle, I was using my iPhone connected to the Multi-media screen through CarPlay, when the iPhone maps app disappeared and I got a splash screen saying “Experience Toyota Drive Connect.” There was no way to exit this screen apart from pulling over and restarting the car and reconnecting the iPhone. I googled this issue and saw various possible solutions, but none worked. I called Toyota and after multiple delays, was told that the only way to get rid of this screen is to purchase a subscription to “Go Anywhere” which includes Drive Connect and Remote Connect. The cost is $15 per month, plus whatever tax you pay in your locale. While Go Anywhere has some nice features, it should be an option, not a mandated purchase to utilize CarPlay. It seems to me that this is essentially extortion, forcing owners to purchase a subscription in order to use CarPlay. This is beneath the high standards of Toyota. I’m sure that Toyota could disable this splashscreen easily should they so desire.

2018 Rav4 was totaled by someone who ran a stop sign. Miss this car every day. Every single airbag went off and me and the other passenger were safe and able to walk away alive. Thankful for this car.
