Drove this '22 Rav4 throughout the US SW for over 3000 miles in 2 weeks without any problems and averaged 30+ mpg. Went through CO, UT, NV, CA, AZ, NM. Pleasant to drive and certainly comfortable enough. I have no complaints at the moment, and it doesn't have the CVT!

I went from a corolla cross le gas model to a rav 4 hybrid le and there is a major difference in the size and road noise. I love the gas mileage in the rav 4 hybrid. The cabin is very quiet in the rav 4 hybrid. I am glad to recommend the rav 4 hybrid over the corolla cross le gas model.

Great car overall but have have had problems with radio/screen. Needed to go back to dealer to reboot. As a current owner of now 2 Toyotas only disappointment was service.

Overall, the RAV4 is a great car for commuting, families of four, and space. The RAV4 is the best when it comes to reliability. The RAV4 is very spacious in the second row and the trunk and the car offers comfortable seats. The RAV4 gets okay fuel economy but it does do decent in the snow. However there are some things that it lacks. The RAV4's navigation system is very frustrating to use, just use google maps instead. The RAV4's interior quality is not that great either, there are tons of fake buttons and plastic throughout the interior, but no one who buys a RAV4 cares about the interior. The RAV4 has decent styling, but it is not as stylish as the Mazda CX-5. The RAV4 only has 1 engine option, but does not feel underpowered. The RAV4 also doesn't have a very quiet or comfortable ride. Even though the seats are comfortable, the ride is loud and the inside rattles frequently. If you don't care about luxury and want a practical, reliable car, the RAV4 is perfect.

Excellent car, excellent service. I have a custom built RAV4 Limited so I paid a bit more than the MSRP for a standard RAV4 but it was worth every cent. This is my first SUV and my third Toyota. I really can’t say enough good things about it. It’s about the same size as most compact SUVs but it has plenty of room inside and is quite comfortable. The features are unreal. It does everything except drive itself but it will stop itself if you’re about to hit something. :) I’ve only had it about a month but based on my other Toyotas I hope I’ll have this one years to come. I gave my 2003 Camry to a friend and it is still running!

I love my 2013 RAV4. It runs great. I haven’t had any problems with it. The key is to always keep up the maintenance Toyota makes the best cars.

I purchased a new 21 Limited with the Advanced Tech package And Limited Grade All Weather package. Its very very loud under acceleration. The highway pavement noise and wind noise are barely tolerable. I have a bad back the seats are fantastic and I have a bad back they are great on long trips. Constantly Averaging 28mpg it’s dependable and I know it will hold its value.

After purchasing my third vehicle from Kendall, the moon roof was discovered to have a leak. This was a several thousand dollar fix, they fixed it. Being a single mom, a home health nurse who works out of their vehicle and an all around busy person, I was concerned and naturally worried as what to do. I was amazed at the kindness and genuine support I received after talking with the General Manager Jeff who followed through with his word and took care of the problem every step of the way. All the while, the most excellent service clerk Carrie always knew the right thing to say or do. She would call and leave update messages without me having to chase her down to find out information, she would even remember to remind me of the little things like to get my parking card out of the rental vehicle...she was nice, really nice, a natural and seemingly doing things in an effortless manner...on-and-on... ...these people made my day and reminded me how to be, even in my line of work where compassion, empathy, kindness and understanding are essential especially in todays unusual world. Bought used in 2018. Car has been incredibly reliable. Besides one brake job, one set of tires, and one battery I have not done anything except oil changes. Not even a taillight.

Marcus in sales was outstanding. Very professional and did not rush the process and answered all questions me and my wife could think of. We leased 2 toyotas a tacoma and a corolla the only problem I have is I could not think of all the questions about leasing a vehicle like what happens at the end of lease when we want to lease 2 new toyota vehicles and you should be told about adding items to your vehicle when it is leased. My truck is the plain version no nav no heated seats no sensors. But after doing research I found you can't add anything not even a dash cam to your vehicle. Very dissatpointed in that aspect.

I just moved to North Carolina from Illinois and it has not been an easy transition lets just say that. As soon as I pulled into Hendrick Toyota of Apex I was greeted by many smiling faces. Eli and Kristie were helping me as I had an issue with my passenger mirror. Eli explained what I needed to do and Kristie ended up handeling my services that day and got me in and out within the hour just like she said! I will definitely be back!

Bottom line cost hurt but with over 100,000 miles and a great service rep (Carry) I understand. Like the way you flag upcoming needed repairs. It allowed me time to budget them in. Five star all the way.

I recently purchased a 2023 RAV4 Hybrid and love the car in general. That said, I have one major complaint. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle, I was using my iPhone connected to the Multi-media screen through CarPlay, when the iPhone maps app disappeared and I got a splash screen saying “Experience Toyota Drive Connect.” There was no way to exit this screen apart from pulling over and restarting the car and reconnecting the iPhone. I googled this issue and saw various possible solutions, but none worked. I called Toyota and after multiple delays, was told that the only way to get rid of this screen is to purchase a subscription to “Go Anywhere” which includes Drive Connect and Remote Connect. The cost is $15 per month, plus whatever tax you pay in your locale. While Go Anywhere has some nice features, it should be an option, not a mandated purchase to utilize CarPlay. It seems to me that this is essentially extortion, forcing owners to purchase a subscription in order to use CarPlay. This is beneath the high standards of Toyota. I’m sure that Toyota could disable this splashscreen easily should they so desire.

Everyone we dealt with - Bill, Colin, Trevor, and Avery - was polite, friendly, and knowledgable. The car is great, and the color - Ocean Gem - can't be beat. There were some thing we didn't understand about operating the car, and when we returned to Kendall, Bill Gasswint gladly answered all our questions.The computer system is much more complicated than our previous car (2005 Prius), so the help is much appreciated. 2022 Toyota RAV4 LE. I purchased this SUV new in 2022. It is the second RAV4 in our family of two. My wife purchased her 2018 RAV4 Hybrid limited new in 2018. She has depended on and enjoyed her SUV for 4 years now. Her experience influenced my decisions to buy a Toyota RAV4.

2018 Rav4 was totaled by someone who ran a stop sign. Miss this car every day. Every single airbag went off and me and the other passenger were safe and able to walk away alive. Thankful for this car.

My family has always been devoted and loyal Toyota owners for years. My dad had a Celica and a Corolla. My Aunt had three Camrys back to back 1999 LE Gold Edition, 2004 XLE , 2007 XLE and her daughter my cousin had Camrys as well and a black Camry Solara SLE V6. My sister today has a Corolla and so does my cousin. My Uncle has an Avalon. Toyota loyalty runs deep in our family. They have never let us down. The RAV4 is no exception from the Camrys and the Corollas. We had a 21 Camry LE that we bought new and eventually upgraded to the 22 RAV4 XLE. Loved the Camry also. The quality, reliability, resale value, and value you get of a Toyota is unbeatable! You just cannot go wrong with buying any Toyota.

Love everything about my rav with the exception of steel wheels, plain drab interior and no electric or heated seats! Mileage could be better as well!

Not outstanding in any single category other than reliability, but rock solid overall. It's a rides nice, has a functional interior, looks good, and performs well. Certainly no negatives. The gas mileage has been 30+ overall and 35+ on the highway if driven at the typical speed limits. The only annoying feature is the auto engine off that has to be manually turned off with every start.
