The service advisor kept me informed on the progress of the inspection and not only did he provide a comprehensive report with pictures he was also available to explain to me all the particulars. The 2011 Toyota Sienna is such an amazing van with the AWD capability it has no problem working in the Snow Rain or shine. I primarily use it as a work vehicle, and when I use it to Carrie people around it is just so easy for people to get in and out of. Never had a problem with the van I only do the regular maintenance.

Just purchased 9 year old AWD model. If you are an Odyssey owner, expect a totally different driving experience. There is no feedback through the steering wheel. Spirited driving can be perilous at first until you gain some experience. The drivers seat provides good comfort for all day driving. The turning circle is tighter.
