This is 3rd Toyota. John treats us great, and is amazing in his knowledge of the vehicles he sells and he treats us like family. We never feel left in the dark and no hidden surprises. John was great to work with, we will be back again.
This is the the ninth vehicle I have bought from this dealership and all the trans actions from sale to service of my vehicles has been outstanding. Strongly recommend for all service on Toyota vehicles.
We had a great ecperience purchasing with John Timmons. He went above and beyond to ensure that we had an exceptional experience with four star toyota. I purchased a 2019 Toyota Camry and he took his going on the features to make sure i understood what i needed to know. He even helped set up my bluetooth and entune account. He was by far the best salesman we have had. I felt like I was his only priority during my purchase. I can't thank him enough for everything. Everyone who was apart of this experience was great. Keep up the good work. We also purchased the all weather floor mats and they were delivered swiftly. We even received a call to let us know when they were shipped.
We have been looking at getting a 4Runner or Rav-4 since we wanted to get a bigger vehicle then our Corolla. John Timmons is very knowledgeable about all Toyota vehicles and explains everything in great detail. He is very easy to talk to when you are discussing pricing details as well as any specs on your vehicle!
Josh Pillars and everyone at the dealership went above and beyond to make sure I was happy, and was able to get the best deal available to help me get a car I was not only happy with but also met my budget and needs. From the trade in to the purchase and driving off in a car I loved the entire experience was great. John Timmons completely surpassed my expectations of the car buying experience, and made it quick and hassel-free. He was not pushy, and was extra helpful. He even watched our 18-month old while we signed papers. We cannot thank him and the dealership enough for their superior customer service.
John was very quick and Effecient. I enjoyed setting and discussing the options of the car he explained things very well and we put pressure on him to make another appointment. John and Four Star treated us like we were somebody and I appreciate the price plus we have always had my old vehicle service there and they are great also.
My parents bought all of their cars through Wilmes for a pretty long time. After my parents passed, I ended up having to sell mom's camaro back to them per her probate, and Randy Hamm oversaw my first new car purchase. Since then I've had two more brand new cars. Nobody has given me the treatment Randy did, till about a year ago. I moved away. My little old wireless company I worked for doesn't exist in Tampa Florida. I'm looking at you US Cellular. No, you can't get calls on their network here either lol. Anyways. Instead of selling phones, I decided to sell cars. 1/2 of my success I blame on stubbornness. The rest, that Wilmes customer service that has stuck with me all of these years. People! You want to buy a car here! If you're in Altus Oklahoma there is no reason not to! If I could, I would fly home for my next Camaro and drive it back down here. (I don't sell Chevy, but I'm a Chevy girl. Shh!) I'm serious when I tell you that the rest of the world isn't going to give you small town service. They're going to forget you when you leave. They're not going to remember your name. They're not going to send you cards and cookies and make you feel valued. I mean, some of us will. Thanks for showing me the way Randy! Big city volume stores love down home country girls. Lol!
