My car was serviced in the amount of time promised. John was clear and thorough in his descriptions of the service. Sometimes in the past I have felt mechanics/car dealers were too pushy or condescending and I felt the opposite here. John explained everything and I felt he was trustworthy. I like the waiting room and got a lot of work done while waiting for my car. I even enjoyed a cup of good coffee. The vibe was pleasant and I could tell the people who work at this location are happy. Good job!
Dealt with Brian Sobel through Car Pros referral. This went very well. We worked out a price for what I needed and it was an honest firm deal. No games. Was in and out in an hour. Appreciate the honesty and integrety. And the appreciation on me as a customer
My dad and I went into the used dealer ship knowing what we wanted. We saw a car online and came to check it out the sales man wasn't pushy they gave us complementary refreshments and snacks. The president of the business showed us photos of all the wonderful people he knows. My father and I had a wonderful experience here at the dealer ship. They helped drop the price from our car and we now have a great running car that is clean, engine is in great shape, I love the car thank you to C H auto for our amazing experience!
I literally recommended my friends by a volt from your dealership because not only do i love my car (i'm on my second Chevy Volt !) but also becusae of the excellent sevice dept and they are open very early and stay open late at night !

I regularly take my 2009 Prius to Toyota Santa Monica for its 5000-mile service. I appreciate that they know my car--having maintained it since 2009. This time my service advisor was Thomas Soveg and I thought he was especially good. He listened to my questions, made sure I got the price break indicated on the coupon I brought in, offered a good suggestion about body work, and had the car in and out of service promptly. Plus he was very courteous and appreciative of me as a customer. It was a very positive experience.
Alabama alabama Alabama!! The only real and honest salesman. Not just in it for his cut he worked hard and fast. Got me in a brand new vehicle no hidden anything. Dont see anyone else! I promise you the best service. They dont offer you refreshments though which was pretty rude. Considering youre there for 3-4 hours.
