We were on vacation from Nyc with my wife enjoying West Virginia when our car started shaking and baking and could barely move without severe shaking. Being that this was our sole means of transportation too as well as BACK from our trip we were distraught and didn't know where to turn. This is where Mike in charge of the service desk and Nissan stepped up and in. After explaining our dilemma to him even despite there shop being very full and busy with other repairs, Mike prioritized our car. Took some doing to find out what was wrong but after some serious diagnostic challenges it was concluded to be the rear drive shaft. Parts were ordered and our car was fixed within two days time. All the time Mike coordinated with us a car rental place so we could still enjoy our vacation, supplied status updates when I called which was several times and again had our car repaired as soon as possible. This was important to us as if its early in the day when the parts arrived and car repaired we would not have to spend more money on a hotel as we would have had to pay another night if it had not been repaired early in the day. His patience with us, kindness and empathy went a long way to turning a bad situation into a bearable one. He even assured us we would be fine the trip back 570 miles to Nyc with a new rear drive shaft, and we were!! Car ran like a top and we arrived home tired but safe and sound. Hats off to Nissan and their mechanics, employees and especially Mike at the service desk for showing us some southern hospitality and great customer service in our time of need.
The overall experience was pleasant. We were scheduled within a reasonable amount of time for our 55,000 mile maintenance. Our appointment was on time and our vehicle was ready to go within a very reasonable time, even before we thought it would be. The staff is very courteous and friendly. Gary Walker is very knowledgeable and helpful and we appreciate him.
Gary always does such a great job explaining what the problem is with the car and the maintenance required and cost; and once completed, explaining what what maintenance was done on the car as well as future maintenance that might be required.
It's a great little dealership. I was looking to trade my Jeep Commander in on something fuel efficient. I chose the Mirage as my commuter car. They have been great from the buying process, to the maintenance work. You hardly see a dealership honor warranties without trying to nickel and dime you. Will always buy from them as long as they're open.

I just did something that I swore I would never do again, which was to buy a new car. What finally sold me on a 2019 Sorrento with a V6 and AWD is the 20 year and 200k mile warranty and the 5 year zero percent financing. i want to give an unsolicited shout out to Kia and Dutch Miller Kia in general, and to Nathan Graves and the sales manager in particular for working with me to get all of my needs met. I acknowledge that I am not the easiest customer, especially when I am doing something I never would otherwise, but they went the extra mile to work with me. They knew I like to travel and wanted something to pull at most a 5000 lbs travel trailer, and the 20 years and 200k warranty should keep me mobile well into retirement. Thank you guys!
My over all review of Moses Honda is they know what they are talking about they have great friendly dealers they have great knowledge of their product and their service department is great to I will be visiting again real soon
My sales consultant was Bryan Warden who is by far the most knowledgeable car sales person I have ever dealt with.
Bryan is very gracious and humble when dealing with him . His concern is are you buying the right unit to fit your needs.

We had the best experience at this dealership. We researched for the best price on a Volkswagen Passat. I called and spoke to Brian. I told him exactly what I was looking for in price and the best deal. Brian was very eager to help and give everything I asked for. Brian made the buying process very easy. I told him that we just wanted to sign and drive. Brian made that happen!
