After spending the first half of the day having an awful experience with a local dealer, I looked online and I found the specific car I wanted at the Don Franklin dealership. It was an hour and a half away from where we lived. Not wanting to waste the miles or their time, I called to see if they could get me the car at the price I wanted. After 15 minutes total they had met my price point and a statement was being emailed to lock in the price. I was beyond impressed with Jon Berry who helped us with the entire process. He was no nonsense and upfront about everything. We called on the drive there and he had everything ready when we arrived. The entire process there took an hour. We left with the exact car I wanted at an even lower monthly payment then I asked. Very impressed with this dealership and we would drive an hour and a half again for our next one.
I noticed the exact model I was looking for at James Motor Company online and submitted an inquiry. I was promptly and courteously greeted by Scott Stoess and thoroughly informed about the vehicle. (He made sure I knew everything there was to know) As I was out of town and the purchase would require some travel we were able to sort out the particulars of the deal beforehand. When we arrived I was even more impressed and politely greeted by a few members of the staff. We completed the test drive and the vehicle was exactly as described. After a quick transaction I was on my way with a new car and a big smile on my face. I've purchased a lot of cars over the years but I've never experienced this level of service in any transaction, I'll forever be impressed with James Motor Company and a big thanks to Scott Stoess for his hard work throughout. 1/20/18
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Jarred was the person I worked with the longest. He was very friendly, courteous, helpful and professional. He worked hard to try to get me the best deal that stayed within my budget. He and JP stayed almost an hour past closing, because of an issue with my insurance, to get the deal through. Jarred personally. delivered the car to my home the next day and has followed up a couple of times since then to make sure everything was working okay and to see how I liked the car. He seemed very genuine and sincere unlike other sales people I've dealt with in the past. JP and Chelsy were also very professional, courteous and helpful. However, I spent very little time with them Jarred and JP gave me lots of advice related to the vehicle as well as financial advice for the future. All in all, I am very satisfied with the great service I experienced. The car drives like a dream too. I will definitely refer family and friends if I learn they are in the market for a new vehicle.
precise and informative. went beyond other dealership services to ensure that all recalls were installed. management was helpful and reception friendly. will be using the facility full time in the future.
Good sales experience. Majority of negotiations were done via phone. Did not pressure me to come in order to negotiate. Everything was agreed to over the phone. Turned out as planned. Sale was honest and to the point. The only time I was at the dealership was to pick up the car. To close the deal took around 30 min. which wasn't to bad.
Lincoln is a great dealer to work with because you can tell he loves his job and is truly dedicated to finding you the right car. I traded in my car and I think it took less than an hour. Best, easiest, quickest car-buying experience ever. Thanks, Lincoln!
I think that paying $50 for a oil change is way too high! I drive 1 hour & 45 minutes to get there then pay that! Needed brake pads in front & wiper blades they said but cant afford $160 for the brakes & 11 $ for the wiper blades! Lower prices would help alot
Needed a regular oil change, but a week prior to the appointment a few other issues came up. They were very flexible and were able to add in to the appointment. All was resolved with one non-essential part being ordered. I was very pleased with the service!
Josh was wonderful! I cried thinking I would be carless because I had so any obstacles one after the other while qualifying for a car but somehow he made it happen plus they gave me a credit building payment plan! Everyone adores my car, just not as much as me!!! Thank you so much Car Town Kia!!!
