Toyota of AshlandReviews
Toyota of Ashland review
Buying a vehicle can be stressful, but this experience was anything but. We brought our two young kids with us, and from the moment we walked through the door, everyone made us feel welcome. Brandon was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive to all of our concerns. We never felt pressured or pushed toward a vehicle that would benefit the dealership more than our family. So, if you’re needing a Toyota, stop by and visit the Ashland crew! Loving my new Corolla cross xse!
2023 Toyota Sienna review
Only draw Mack is sloewer acceleration with noise. Wind noise from rear doors and the fact that the speedometer is unreadable in bright daylight due to extremely dim and cannot be raised. Dealer says many complaints of this.

Great customer service. They answered all of my questions and didn’t make me feel pressured in anyway. I found a vehicle closer and they completely understood.
2023 Toyota Sienna review
Our 2nd Sienna and definitely the best. Other than some cheap plastic interior finishes, this is probably the best vehicle we've ever owned. Incredible reliability, excellent interior space and comfort and amazing fuel economy. Without even trying we get 33-35 mpg. When we actually try, we an easily achieve 43-44 mpg. The Air conditioning is amazing in this car, we live in AZ and it cools it down very quickly. A lot of people complain about the lack of power and loud engine, if you're not trying to race everyone around you, the Sienna performs very well. As an example, the Honda Odyssey is supposed to be the fastest and considered a performance beast but from 0-60mph it only surpassed the Sienna by less than 1 second. (6.7 seconds v 7.4 seconds). Some might say that's noticeable but let's face it, it's a minivan. This is an outstanding vehicle and I highly recommend it!

Crossroads Car and Truck review
Found a 2014 car I liked and had it shipped to my home. Brandan made the whole process very smooth and he answered all my questions logically and helpfully.
2016 Toyota Sienna review
I bought mine used in 2019 with 22,000 miles on it. I'm now over 107,000 miles with no real problems. I've only done routine maintenance and it still drives a smooth gist as it did when I bought it and wouldn't have one hesitation driving it long distance anywhere. I've recently had the check engine light come on and it shows trac off, but I don't believe it's anything more than a sensor. Overall it holds up to the Toyota reputation of reliability, so much so that my wife winded up trading her dream Jeep Gladiator in for a Toyota 4Runner and hasn't looked back.

2022 Toyota Sienna review
Sales guy Jhon was very enthusiastic and helped us buy the car we wanted. He also helped us with all the procedures and secured a good price. Thank you. The accountant was also very good and patiently helped us organize our cash. As we decided to buy a car in full, we provided a lot of small denomination banknotes. She patiently answered my questions and helped us count the banknotes. Thank you.

Pax was very helpful through the whole ordeal. He was a bit busy at times but that is to be expected. Left with the vehicle I wanted at a reasonable price point. They were able to shop around and get an interest rate 2% better than my pre approval from my credit union!! As an out of stater, they treated me very well and I’d recommend them to anyone considering buying from them.
2017 Toyota Sienna review
I owned a 2014 sienna limited premium and was the best vehicle I have ever owned in my 50 years of driving, owning 16 different cars, Suvs and Vans. I purchased a 2017 Toyota Sienna Limited Premium AWD and I like it but I don't like the way it shifts, its very jerky. I did get a computer engine software update that helped very much. The engine having 40 more horse power would make me think that it would have tremendous power compaired to my 2014, but it did not. So it purchased a what call (chip your car) that connects under the dash to get more refindment in the performace, to unleash the filtered performance and it did. What a difference in performance. I purchaced the chip for 150.00 and its worth every penny. I am a performance guy especially when driving a nice van. So with the Toyota Software upgrade and my computer chip upgrade now we have a nice performace running van which my 2014 had also.

Don Wood Toyota review
I can't say enough good things about my experience with Don Wood Toyota. From start to finish, the entire process was transparent, straightforward, and genuinely enjoyable. They were extremely fair with my trade-in and worked with me to make sure I got the best possible deal. No games, no unnecessary pressure—just great people who genuinely wanted to earn my business. A special shout-out to my salesperson, Phil. He mentioned that he's fairly new to the car business, but you would never know it based on the experience he delivered. He was personable, attentive, and an absolute pleasure to work with. This was easily one of my favorite car-buying experiences. You can tell Don Wood Toyota isn't just interested in selling you a car. They're focused on building relationships, earning long-term customers, and taking great care of the people who walk through their doors. Phil and Donna are two of the best! I couldn't be happier with my experience, and I would absolutely recommend Don Wood Toyota to anyone in the market for a vehicle. Thanks again for making the entire process such a great one!

This vehicle has been extremely reliable and fits my needs for hauling lots of cargo and pulling a utility trailer. The engine has great power and the interior comfort if excellent. It make long trips very comfortable. It is the main reason why we purchased a second Sienna, 2021 XLE AWD.

2023 Toyota Sienna review
Traded our 2025 Toyota Hylander Hybrid awd because the seats were so uncomfortable and was told there was nothing they could do about it for a 2023 Sienna. We were looking for a road trip vehicle when we bought the Hylander but both Toyotas Got great gas mileage 36 mpg drove good but the seats were uncomfortable and a little hard to get in and out of because the roof line has been lowered. Didn’t have the room inside as our grand Caravan and you couldn’t remove the second row seats they wouldn’t even lay down flat just lean forward. Was a bigger car outside than we wanted but not as roomy inside. After 9k miles we traded it. Would be a good car for someone

All in all a very good experience. They had the vehicle that I wanted at a good price and they took my trade for a couple hundred less than my dream price. I worked with Terry and it really was quite painless and quick. I am from Ohio and there was a mess up with some paperwork needed but that was straightened out with a few phone calls.
2014 Toyota Sienna review
We purchased the 2014 sienna SE right off the show room floor. It’s very reliable. It sat a lot the first few years as we each hod our own cars. This was a wedding gift to each other. If it sits to long the battery drains easily. It’s comfortable and faster than some sports cars. lol 0-60 7.2 seconds. That’s muscle car territory from the 1960’s. Outside body integrity is only fair. We have 90,000 miles on it. It runs like new. It’s hard on brakes. Maybe it’s my driving style. It’s good in my opinion for 300.000 miles. The v-6 engine is one of Toyota’s best long running engines. Gas mileage on a road trip is 24-25 under 70 mph. In town 18-20.
