From the moment I first started looking for new vehicle they were the best. Didn’t give harassing phone calls just simply a check-up phone call. Loved the car and the way I was treated. Rachel was extremely friendly and explained all the options I could get and really listened to my needs and what I wanted. Bobby in finance was also great!! He explained all warranty options but didn’t push on them. Best place to buy a vehicle in my opinion. Great experience and free gifts were great too!!!

We pulled in to look at a new Grand Cherokee Overland I had seen on their website. David Barth appeared immediately and fifteen minutes later we had traded cars. In about an hour it was detailed and ready to go. David was very attentive and through. No high pressure and having to deal with two or three people. Just like dealing with the old time small town dealerships. He did a very good job explaining all the new features to Rose (I seldom drive it). We'll be back.
Great experience! Jack was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire buying process. I traded in my car and he worked with me to get the deal that was fair and made sense. I was happy with my purchase and I highly recommend Jack and Douglas Jeep if you are in the market for a new vehicle. They even stayed late after closing time to make sure all went well with my deal. Sales associate Jim Timpson was friendly, helpful, professional. Arranged for a test drive. Provided online quote. We are happy with our new vehicle, got a price that was acceptable. Transaction was fast and convenient.
Started sales process and left dealership after not getting price I wanted. Couple hours later they called me and general manager stepped in to make an offer that was acceptable to my wife and we purchased the vehicle.

Beautiful facility, shows great promise and still head and shoulders above the other local Jeep dealership (Galeana) but 6 contacts and an about hour to only schedule the appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and them to see if something qualifies for a warranty issue.... unacceptable. No appointments available for at least two weeks out and no way to confirm appointment time online or even by phoning the dealership directly. They can???t even tell you who your service advisor is... once I arrived I found I didn???t even need an appointment after all because they dont handle that type of warranty work for Mopar Service Plans. I have to call Chrysler direct to schedule. Service advisor seemed nice enough but not very knowledgeable and pretty stressed. They???re new so I???ll cut some slack, but guessing management needs to do some better training. Still not sure about why it took 6 contacts to schedule an appointment.. there must have been 15 girls in a bullpen area that handle scheduling who were seemingly just sitting around and chatting. Not great, but not as awful as Galeana. Will give them a second chance and re-review.
Alan as usual was very attentive, knowledgeable and charming and made the whole experience of my annual Volvo vehicle service a pleasure! All in all from purchasing my XC 60 in 2015 to the present, I have felt nothing but the very best in customer service - A genuinely terrific team!
In August 2009 I bought a 1994 Jaguar XJS coupe at Renaissance. Finding a XJS coupe in this area is a stroke of luck, and this is a very good one. It is easily the best car I have ever owned. I have it serviced here exclusively, and for good reason. Bryan McBrayer, the head tech here, is a certified Jaguar master technician and a fellow XJS coupe owner; he knows this particular car inside and out. I trust him and am completely satisfied with every service and repair I have gotten here. Several times he has tended to my car without me first making an appointment, which I really appreciate, and he has always given me a loaner car when I asked for one. Renaissance Motor Cars is absolutely top-notch. You cannot go wrong either buying a car here or having your car serviced here.
We. Quit using this dealership 5 years ago based on their high pressures sales techniques- swore we would never go back to Germaine.
