We bought an older vehicle that had substantial issues in the first year. Since Majeski had a great reputation until then, I brought the issue to the Sterling store management and then to Greg, who was surprisingly concerned and sympathetic for a large business owner. I won't put him on the spot with specifics. I will say he made a correction for us, apparently just because he wanted to, as he didn't have any legal obligation to do so. I was ready to write them off because their claim of quality vehicles seemed to overpromise. In the end, our experience is that Majeski has good customer service and good vehicles and even when a dud slips through the system, they aren't just going to leave you hanging. To me, THIS is why you pay retail price instead of buying from a stranger off the internet.
Dan Vereide was really great in helping me purchase my car. January 19th 2018 he was very professional, patient and honest. Stayed late to make sure everything was taken care of. He worked really hard to make sure it was the vehicle I wanted,i highly recommend him! A very well understanding salesman and did not push me to buy.I will recommend him to many family friends my husband was also impressed by his honesty and patience great to have car dealers still around who do not try to swindle you. awesome job!!!
Five stars across the board for Majeski Motors. We booked a one way flight to a vehicle we had just viewed pictures of on-line and the car was in prestine condition and was just as decribed, if not better. We were extremely happy with the service Greg and Dan provided. They spent countless hours with us over the phone throughout the process. They went above and beyond. Worth the trip and would recommend them to anyone!

Bought a GMC Terrain a few years ago from Adam Chapman and had amazing business w him and decided to trade that in and get something a little bigger and told him what I wanted n was looking for and he made it happen smoothly and I am so pleased with what he made happen!! My contact was to inquire about a vehicle listed thru cars .com Sales person Sally was patient and courteous.She took time to answer questions. Unfortunatly her employer did not have the vehicle in their inventory that I would purchase. She offered to try to locate one for me. But I decided to persue another one on my own to make things less complicated. I do think I will contact in future and tell others of the dealership because I have the impression the expierance would be pleasant. I have dealt with some dealers were pushy and impolite, and every chance I get I let people know. I talk to alot of people and work around the public. One locally in particular locally. Talked to owner and still do not know how a person like that sells vehicles.

We were in the market for a larger vehicle for our growing family and came to this dealer to look at a Chevy Tahoe we had found online @ Cars.com. We arrived at the dealership and they had the vehicle we had inquired about pulled up front, keys in it and ready to go. After looking at the vehicle in person, decided that wasn't the vehicle for us and asked if we could walk around the lot to see what else was available. With our 7 yr old and 15 mo old in tow, we set out through their huge inventory of new and used vehicles and happened upon a Certified Used truck. Since we weren't originally thinking of buying a 4-door truck, we had Josh get the keys, we started it up, looked it over and left the dealership to do our research. We returned almost a week later, kids in tow, and Josh was not working that day. Another salesman arranged for us to test drive the same truck we had looked at and arranged to have it put on a lift in the shop after shop hours, so my mechanic husband wouldn't have to get down on the ground in the pouring rain to inspect it. We ended up purchasing that day and they got us a better interest rate through GM Credit than my long time Credit Union could offer. They all worked as a team and ensured me that Josh would still get the credit for the sale, due to the circumstances that he was off. Thank you guys! Your patience with working with two young and bored children was amazing!
The overall experience with this dealership was excellent. I have bought quite a few vehicles in the past and I know what I want. I normally call the dealership that has a vehicle that I am interested in and inform them if they can meet a certain price. If they can then I will come down and look at the vehicle. This way I don't waste their time and I don't waste my time (I don't like to haggle). In this instance I was communicating with Clayton Bonnell the sales person. He informed me that they can meet my price. I drove down to the dealership and test drove the vehicle. He was not pushy and he had a pleasant demeanor about him. He answered my questions and spoke about the vehicle. I informed him that I would take the vehicle and he promptly finished the paperwork. I drove off very satisfied. Normally, I expect some sort of "tap dance" show from a manager informing me that the price has changed or some other reason to complicate things. Not here! If you are a seasoned individual that knows their vehicles and prefers a "no BS" policy when purchasing.... look no further! I was pleasantly surprised. And do business with Clayton Bonnell. He is an asset to that dealership!
Pete is an exceptional salesman. We told him what we were looking for and he provided many options for us choose from. He checked the local lot for options and reviewed the Kunes system of vehicles to provide us a wider selection of vehicles. He continually made sure that we understood our options and that we were very happy with our selection of a 2018 Ford Escape! Pete was sensitive to our vehicle needs. He listened and provided us with plenty of options to choose from.
