Had a great experience working with Gary on our purchase of a new CX-5. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable, he immediately put us at ease with his friendly demeanor and no pressure attitude. He listened to our preferences and was very patient with our many questions. He worked hard to get all the paperwork in order so the car would be ready quickly and kept us informed of his progress. I had jokingly asked for a big bow on the car, like you see in commercials, and on the day of pickup I was greeted with a big red bow on the windshield! This confirmed our opinion that Gary goes above and beyond and really cares about his customers, even after the sale is made. Before handing off the keys to us, he took the time to go over the many features of the car and never made us feel rushed. Overall this was one of the best experiences we've ever had and would highly recommend Gary and Lannan Mazda as the place to go for a car.

I don't even live in New Hampshire state. I was visiting a friend of mine, for a birthday party & since I was in the market for a Accord ; my friend suggested we take a quick look at the dealership that was just two miles from his place. I was greeted by one of the managers & handed over to Mike. From the beginning he was very open about the pricing & what he can sell the car for. The fact of the matter is he called on the phone another dealer I had seen earlier, to compare the charges with me listing in, never seen anyone do that before. If you known what exactly you want & have a fair price in mind, my two cents is these guy will most of the time meet it or beat it. Thanks Mike for all the help. Happy Holidays to you & your family.

Great dealership. Worked with Charles Pithis to purchase a Golf . He was knowledgable and friendly. No high pressure sales at this dealership. Full transparency from start to finish. My car was having trouble just before the holidays and Mark and his crew were able to get me in a loaner to make it home for Thanksgiving. That Friday they were in contact to with me to let me know they were doing all they can to get me in a new car, as I requested. Mark Atkinson did a great job of checking in to see what I was looking for in a new car and delivered. The process was easy and they walked me through every step, which was very helpful. As a customer of Herb Chambers Kia of Burlington for around seven years now, I can report that in all that time I've never had a negative experience with Sales or Service. I don't know what else there is to say. The people are all friendly and service oriented. The only complaint I could muster up is the parking is tight. I feel for the staff having to maneuver vehicles there. They make it work, though and really, the experience us about the people and the relationships built. A+ to all the staff.
It was my first time buying a car from North End Mazda. Our sales representative was Mark Atkinson and he was absolutely great. I felt truly welcomed and comfortable when it came to looking at different cars. Mark answered any questions or any concerns with us with full transparency about the pros and cons with each car. He was super knowledgeable about any car questions we had and above all, very friendly and truly about his customers. Ended up buying a used Mazda 3 and he made sure that I knew every in-and-out with the car before driving away. When Mark found out that a latch in the console was broken, he immediately worked with the service team to fix the latch within 24 hours- incredible service! I truly appreciate the hard work, dedication and immediacy of the North End team. It was great learning and working with Mark and the team at North End. Spoke to Chris senior in sales.
He said car was already sold, but there was no sold sign on the car nor was the ad removed. He was not too cordial or anxious to find something else for me.
They had the exact car we were looking for and the price was great. They made the whole sale process easy and quick. Dealership is new and clean with a great waiting area. And when we picked the car up it was spotless.
Simple, Professional and easy to deal with throughout!

From the moment I reached out inquiring about a specific model jeep grand Cherokee Tim sent the pricing information over immediately and quickly set an appointment for the following morning for me. When I arrived I was met by Tim and Pablo and the Jeep was waiting for me. Pablo took care of everything from there. During the test drive he explained all the new and improved features that differed from the slightly older model Jeep I had now. Pablo made this entire process so easy as he lined up all the steps needed to be completed and offered to have the car ready to take home in the afternoon. The car was ready for pickup and Yamen helped with closing out my old lease and I was on my way. Easily the best car buying experience I have had in the 20+ years in doing this. I highly recommend this place, all around great experience!
Drop my car off for warranty work the night before. Early call the next day saying my car out of alignment. I never noticed that. Call late that day saying the warranty work can???t be complete for four days. Alignment report looks ok. Says ???an alignment not performed??? right on report. Invoice says ???customer requests??? to perform alignment. I think this is a scam. I think cars can be technically out of alignment but it is not enough to require an alignment. These guys can???t wait to tell You the car is out of alignment so unsuspecting people like me authorize them to fix it.
I worked with Jeff B, who was very courteous, patient and professional. He answered all my questions and there was no sales pressure at all. He took a great deal of time in order to explain all the features, bells and whistles of the vehicle. It was a relaxed experience and a pleasure to work with him.
Wonderful! Very friendly and helpful! I was able to get my Jeep within few days! I didn???t really have to worry about anything, they did everything needed!
