Replaced My Truck
by Roxy from Oceanside California
January 14, 2019
This car was a great transition from my Nissan Frontier Truck. I was looking at Ford Flex, Ford Explorer and Nissan Murano. The expectations I have are all satisfied in the Highlander. Needed a large enough car to haul my family around, and my ton and a half of clay and equipment.
My wife and mother have bought vehicles from multiple dealerships in the past but these guys are by far the best experience we've ever had. Helpful, informative, attentive, quick, great cars, etc. This place has it all. Our Prius C is so nice that we don't plan on needing another car soon; but when we do, we're going back to Strohmeier's!
Tacoma 2017 amazing truck
by Rober Rivero from Houston Tx

My Tacoma 2017 is much more than I expected, 48000 miles, it feels like new, considering that my other car is a Corolla 2018 zero miles, feels the Tacoma with the same level of comfort and manageability. I love how it works in all weather conditions and the power of this four-cylinder engine, power and low consumption, ideal for my lifestyle as I work away from my home driving about 66 miles a day and gas consumption is ideal. Apart from being accompanied by several very comfortable options such as being able to connect my phone to the central audio system and play my songs, making calls in hands-free, I was not a truck lover but without a doubt this Tacoma has changed my
Guy Strohmeier's Auto Center staff were very friendly, and there prices were at fair market value or less. I recommend them if you want hassle free great service. Clark Edmondo
Best gas mileage
by SamanthaK from Oxford, Mississippi

After researching lots of cars and SUVs I decided on another Prius. I had bought my daughter a used 2009 Prius with under 200,000 miles and we drove from northern Mississippi to eastern Florida and back for $72. As a retiree on a budget I need a reliable car with great gas mileage. It also has adequate cargo room for all our stuff. Her prius lasted to over 300,000 miles until the catalytic converter went out. So I’m hoping my 2015 lasts as long as hers did. It is a bit noisy but so was my Nissan minivan so I’m okay with that. This Prius is beautiful inside and out and I love all the tech features. The navigation system could be easier to use but perhaps after I learn how to use it, it won’t be an issue. It does have voice controls too that I’ll learn at some point.
Fragile. Junk battery, Crap tires 5 flats in 10000

Everything is falling off of it. Junky tires- 5 Flat Tires in 10000 miles. Wind noise. Air bags quit. Roof Rubber comes off in car wash. Seats stain way easy just from everyday use. Had both front seats rebuilt in 5000 miles. Battery quit at 7000 miles. Left us stranded, not good. Over all a trash heap of a car. No more Toyotas for my wife and I … Hello Chrysler...
Awesome service and good choice of previously owned vehicles at reasonable prices.
Epic daily driver!

This car is the best of all worlds, incognito driving experience, unmatched reliability and simple comforts, Get one before simple cars are gone! Eventually you’ll be strapped to the backseat of Tesla or another big brother car, monitoring everything you do, filming you and your family and reflecting the data to some gov or internal server. Beat the system with a Prius ;)
I couldn't find the car and equipment combination I wanted in my area. I contacted several dealers with promising cars on cars.com. Guy had exactly what I wanted at the most reasonable price. There were problems with cars from the dealers with lower prices. Other dealers wanted more than the car was really worth and wouldn't negotiate, or they tried to play games with fees, taxes, etc. I was understandably nervous about buying a car from someone I didn't know who was 1300 miles away from me. Steve was patient with my many questions and supplied me with all the information I needed to evaluate car (CarFax report, title, pictures etc.). Their good BBB rating and the many great reviews here on cars.com were also reassuring. He was completely honest with me about everything. When I came out to check out the car, I had ample opportunity to look it over and take if for a -long- test drive by myself. It was as advertised, except for a few small details that they fixed right away. The buying process was easy and fairly fast. Since bringing it home, they've continued to help resolve a paperwork issue so I could get the car titled and registered. Everyone was a pleasure to work with, and I'd recommend Strohmeier's Auto Center to others. I may even buy another car from them in the near future.
So glad I switched to the Highlander.

I previously leased a Ford Edge. It was a nice SUV, but the Highlander is better. While both basically offer the same features, the Highlander surpasses the Edge in technology. I’m so happy I made the switch.
Thanks to all at Strohmeier's for helping me get a car that I am completely happy with. Thanks to Ritchie my salesman who put up with me not knowing what I even wanted when I first came in and making the buying and deciding process painless. Thanks to all of you for addressing and following through with any needs or concerns I had after my purchase. I really love my Toyota Corolla! I will definitely recommend everyone to you when they are looking to purchase a vehicle. Strohmeier's is awesome!
The Truck of my dreams

The truck that Falls the measurements belong to my family . And the colores of the moment. Lines Good , excelent motor. And big rims
The salesman who assisted us was Ritchie, and he did a great job of finding the small used truck we were looking for, in fact using his location sheet he found a vehicle in a nearby city and had it brought over so we could see it. Overall this dealership was great to work with, the closer was sharp and to the point. Having sold cars for many many years myself we traded great stories and there was very little beating around the bush or typical car sales dramatics. Their finance department does not try to force feed you snake oil or other add on's that are typical for a dealership, and they worked hard at getting us financed with a local credit union, despite some credit issues from the past. The car was presented clean and appears to have gotten a complete safety check and overall check-out. Thanks to the folks and I look forward to sending others to Ritchie who are looking for a vehicle.
This car has been great and without any problems

Great handling and lots of room with the third row seats. Great looks and lots of fun. Love the black. Heated seats are awesome. Great in the winter
This is the truck to buy for people who need a real truck and a reliable truck. Tows my boat AWESOME. Spacious. Backup camera is really convenient. Truck handles nicely. It feels good driving. It looks good. It's great all around.
I love my 4Runner. My last one have over 200k miles and almost no maintenance issues. This one seems to be the identical sequel. It goes everywhere I need to go and meets all of my outdoor activity needs.
Despite some of the common complains you hear about the Tacoma, I find the seats to be very comfortable and properly positioned and the accelerator is plenty responsive - no need for a Pedal Commander! The Entune 2.0 infotainment system is fine for basic radio/bluetooth connectivity but is severely dated and lacking in features compared to many other vehicles of this class. Overall, this truck strikes a good balance between utility and comfort.
Bought a 2018 Camry SE left over in ultra white with black interior. So far I love it. I’ve read many online complaints about the 8 speed Trans. I’ve had 0 problems with it to date. The car does learn your driving habits so it may take a few hundred miles for both you and your vehicle to learn each other. It’s quiet smooth and handles lovely. Very sharp looking. I’ve owned Honda’s Chevys Fords Chrysler’s Etc. been driving anything with wheels for 20 years, this is my first Toyota. I was going to go with the 2019 Accord but HATE the new Fast back design and the fact they only come in turbo which cooks your engine over time turned me off to them. I opted for the Toyota’s Camry SE instead. I Love the new sporty look and interior and the engine is more than powerful and peppy without all that turbo nonsense. My biggest complaint in there’s no heated seats in the 2018 SE other than that it’s a well designed sporty reliable car . The technology is unparalleled to anything I’ve have had personally. The Entune takes some getting use to but I have no major complaints or objections. No CD player but who cares with the way music is on our phones now. Might as well have a record player installed next to your 8 track deck if that’s what you want !😂 if you want a reliable car with a great reputation I suggest get one . Happy Hunting to you.
