I've owned two Odysseys over the past 20 years,with the 2020 being the one we currently own. The 2020 has proven to be just as reliable as our other Odyssey and the Honda Accords that we've owned. The 2020 Odyssey has a smooth ride, comfortable attractive interior. The Magic seating system makes this van even more flexible for hauling loads of kids and family, while being able to quickly change to hauling lots of cargo.

We went in looking at two specific trucks. Dealer came out in the freezing cold and six inches of snow to show us the trucks. We finally decided on one. There were a couple of small details we took issue with, and he worked quickly to fix them both to our satisfaction. We had outside financing, but he checked on his financing as well to make sure we were getting a good rate. Truck is in excellent condition and was priced under value. We are very pleased with the service we received and will definitely return.

I had never purchased from Jim O'Neil before. A few of my favorite people in the auto dealer industry moved there. Jim O'Neil gained a few of the best and I would put this dealership at the top in the area for it. When we purchased the vehicle it was obvious they went through and did an inspection, and fixed anything that needed fixing. Used cars come in all shapes, sizes, and conditions. And to see everything on the service record that they fixed, was a sign of attention to detail that many other dealerships lack. That was refreshing to see, and moved my confidence level up in this dealership. The sales people in there are great. Financing team is awesome. Over all it was a great experience. Ive dealt with Neil and Jay in there for years. And have bought quite a few vehicles from them. I can not elaborate enough on how easy the car buying experience is with them. Its smooth and painless, as it should be. They answer any questions you have with honesty and integrity. Neil himself is very knowledgeable with cars. So I trust the answers he gives me. And Jay is one of the best finance guys around, and is extremely knowledgeable as well. If you're looking for a good place to pick up a new whip I suggest checking out Jim O'Neil. I know we glad we did, they gained a repeat customer!
2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

2022 Chrysler Pacifica review

2019 Chrysler Pacifica review
Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

2017 Dodge Grand Caravan review
Not a more useful car ever built. Easily tows a seadoo ski boat, fold the second In third row seats down and this van swallows a 120 in wingspan remote control giant scale stop with biplane on the weekends. It is truly an amazing piece of engineering!

2025 Chrysler Pacifica review
Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

2018 Chrysler Pacifica review
I bought my van new. It has 150k mikes and I have only had very minor issues with it. It has been a reliable source of transportation for me as I drive long distances several times a year. I particularly love the way the seats go into the floor. I have hauled so much stuff. I love my van.
