I found Auto Empire online because I’m from Charlotte, NC. Hunter T. and Josh H. were super helpful. They even did a FaceTime with me to look at several different cars. That had a Jaguar I really wanted that I couldn’t find anywhere else on the East Coast. The offered to assist with transport down here but I wanted to test drive the car first so I flew into Richmond, got an Uber to their dealership and had a good test drive. Car was EXACTLY as they described and legit told me everything they thought could be an issue, but it’s a JAG so that’s to be expected. It was one of a kind and I’m glad they held it for me with me a $500 deposit. Transaction went smooth as silk! Especially being from NC. Would definetly buy from again if they get another Jaguar in stock. Drove all the way home with zero issues! 5 stars.
2007 Honda Odyssey review
My family (not me yet, because I'm 15 1/2) has had two Honda Odysseys over the past 9 years. As far as I can remember, the first one caused us very little issue beyond some A/C issues. It was totaled after some doofus hit us while attempting to cut across three lanes of very busy traffic. We bought a second one with just over 100K miles and it was great for a good while. The first repair I can recall was the brake rotors becoming warped and vibrating quite a bit under braking. For a while it was fine, and then small things began to go wrong. Sliding door stuttering (still works for the most part), hydraulics for the trunk going out (sub $100 fix), interior lights dying because of age, and navigation system becoming quite glitchy (DVD is from 2010 anyway). The only larger things are oil and power steering leaks (which are annoying, but manageable), A/C going out,and suspension gettting less firm. The main things still work, though. If you have a little bit of money to cover minor repairs as they come about, and take care of it and treat it like a minivan (not a sports car, because that's not what it is), I would recommend this minivan to the average Joe. As a matter of fact, I'm looking for one as my first car.

I had a very positive experience working with Richmond Ford West and, specifically, Derrick Pulliam in the purchase of my Ford Bronco Sport. I wasn't intending to purchase a used vehicle, but 2023 orders are so delayed in their production that I decided to look for a used one with low mileage. This dealership is a couple hours from my home, and it was fantastic being able to negotiate a deal entirely via email, when a lot of other dealerships only wanted to entertain in-person conversations. In a single day, I had the price agreed to and financing in place with only two, brief phone calls required to complete the financing portion. Upon picking up the vehicle, Derrick went over all the features and ensured the paperwork was ready to go. Given the car is certified pre-owned, I noticed about 10 minutes into driving it home that there was a small crack in the windshield. I called Derrick and he had me send a photo, agreed I could get it repaired local to my home, and mailed a check to reimburse me. I also discovered that the rooftop antenna was missing to which Derrick was very responsive and worked to ensure that I would be reimbursed for the purchase of a new one. Derrick was always responsive and courteous in his efforts to resolve these small issues, even after the deal was completed. I have no hesitation recommending this dealership to others, and I intend to consider it for my future purchases, even though it isn't the most convenient location to my home. It's getting harder to find pleasant and attentive customer service, and I found it well worth my trip.

2020 Chrysler Pacifica review
Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

My vehicle had been in the shop before because of my driver side window not rolling up and the motor had gone bad. It was replaced a year ago. When I did get my car to Ford I was told that it was not under warranty and that I would have to pay out of pocket just to have it looked at. I paid for my car to be looked at to get the same report as before, the motor went bad. James told me to allow him to see what he could do and within a half an hour my car will be covred by Ford. Also said something that was somewhat sexist and I reconsidered again, but I loved the car,the price, and the mileage that was on it, so I proceeded with the sale. If I had to go there again, I would probably ask that person to realize that MY money was being spent here,and that patience should always be a virtue. I really truly think that someone else was looking at the particular car that I liked, and the sales person figured that if I didn't buy it, the other person would,and the sales rep became a few shades colder at that point. The other staff members were very courteous and kind, not pushy or overzealous with their sales persona.

Cars listed on their website sell quickly so it's best to visit in person with cash in hand or financing pre-arranged. The 2014 Mazda2 that I bought had new front tires and the rear tires have at least 90% of tread remaining. Everything works, no leaks, clear coat is intact and I'm happy.

2017 RAM ProMaster 1500 review
163014 miles on my pro master use it almost daily for about 4 years ! Gas tank is small I think it holds 21 gallons wish it was bigger . Very roomy in the back .

2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

OMG!!! I love this place. Itook my Equus there for repair work on the sound system. Krystal Woodson was Fantastic! She explained everything to me and David the technician working on my car, wouldn't give up diagnosing what was wrong, until he figured it out! He had to pull the entire back seat out of the car to fix the problem. If you have an Equus, you know that is what you have to do to fix speaker issues. David did a fantastic job, considering this was probably his first time doing this. My car now sounds like an Equus is supposed to sound. I can't say enough good things about Krystal and the way she and David took care of me and my car. If I could give them 20 stars, I would! If you have a Hyundai, this is the only place to go. 2020 Kia Sedona review
This is the 3rd time We've owned a Kia Sedona. I love that the back seats fold into the floor. It's so roomy. It's perfect for me hauling kids or a ton of comic books when I buy a collection. This one I bought only had 9k miles on it.

2024 Kia Carnival review
Car is safety oriented. Has a VERY Steep learning curve, but once figured out very nice too drive, Manuals are lacking an interactive pdf, just a plain pdf. There are 4 manuals a lot to read. Car is long and wide so keep that in mind when taking turns. Most features can be customized under systems. I recommend sitting in car with manuals, and try out the features.

2019 RAM ProMaster 1500 review
Great Nimble Van!!! Go out and get yourself one!!! A bit pricey for a new one, but very peppy and great turning radius. Will be used for an adventure vehicle for the family after the upfitting is completed.
