I've had this car since I leased it when it was brand new. Just converted the lease to buying it. The car is roomy and has all the options you could ask for. The car is comfortable and does verywell on gas mileage on the highway.

I went in for routine maintenance and a minor repair. Service department folks from the desk to the mechanic on the job were, as always, courteous and pleasant. While waiting for work to be done I wandered out to look at vehicles. Had a nice chat with Mr. Poulin and my trusty salesman Aristedes. We talked about a potential trade and once Aristedes and I found the truck I wanted, he immediately went to work for me. Deals are always made with the customer's interest in mind. Our last 3 vehicles, and most likely the next 3, will come from Poulin.
2018 Kia Sedona review
I just purchased this KIA, lightly used, only 24500 miles. I had a 2008 KIA before this one, it served well for the 13 years that I owned it. Before that I owned a '94 Dodge Caravan and a '98 Town and Country. Chrysler makes prettier vehicles, but KIAs hold up. My last KIA had plenty of life left, but I got t-boned so hard the car flipped over! Praise the Lord, I walked away from that wreck! The car didn't make it, so I got another one. I was tempted by the Dodge GC, but ultimately, I trust KIA more. This KIA is spiffier than my old one, but I miss the simple, open design of the old one. The "safety tech" is more annoying than helpful, but it rides well, feels solid and well made. Overall: satisfied.

Excellent customer service was provided by the sales manager and service representative. Two recent positive experiences, the first positive experience was the purchase of a 2025 Ford Maverick XLS. The salesperson was knowledgeable, as was the finance manager. The icing on the cake was the follow-up assistance by the sales manager. The next positive interaction was with a service representative who explained in great detail what was needed to repair our 2013 Ford Edge and the costs. 2024 Kia Carnival review
Car is safety oriented. Has a VERY Steep learning curve, but once figured out very nice too drive, Manuals are lacking an interactive pdf, just a plain pdf. There are 4 manuals a lot to read. Car is long and wide so keep that in mind when taking turns. Most features can be customized under systems. I recommend sitting in car with manuals, and try out the features.

She had good knowledge of the vehicle and answered many of my EV and car questions. The test drive was good and thorough and we were able to explore the features. After the test drive they provided some pricing and I went on my way. I had a lot of follow up questions and they were able to get those answered as well. I proposed some revised sales numbers and Ford of Londonderry was able to make it work. I went in to finish the deal and it was a quick and easy process. No pushing of addons or games with sales numbers or any other shenanigans. They walked me through some of the detailed features, helped me set up my phone and vehicle. Not a more useful car ever built. Easily tows a seadoo ski boat, fold the second In third row seats down and this van swallows a 120 in wingspan remote control giant scale stop with biplane on the weekends. It is truly an amazing piece of engineering!

At the end of July I brought my nephew to find a car. He picked out a 2012 RAV4. We had the opportunity to deal with both brothers, Andrey & Dmitriy and let me tell you they were both courteous and honest. There were some things wrong with the RAV4, but that was not a problem for them. We picked it up the next day and it was perfect! They told us, any problems, you come back. The AC stopped working. We went back and they ordered the part which happened to be the AC sensor. They replaced it, no problem and no charge. I would definitely go back and buy another car.

2015 Dodge Grand Caravan review
Just purchased another used Grand Caravan, this is the sixth one over past number of years, found it to be a very reliable and versatile vehicle. Always managed to get 300,000 Klm on each one, never had any major issues other then brakes and normal maintanence . Just purchased 2015 and in excellent condition given the year but is in Limp mode with code P1745 showing on meter. Just hoping it's under a recall , sure would like to get mobile again.

2014 Toyota Sienna review
We purchased the 2014 sienna SE right off the show room floor. It’s very reliable. It sat a lot the first few years as we each hod our own cars. This was a wedding gift to each other. If it sits to long the battery drains easily. It’s comfortable and faster than some sports cars. lol 0-60 7.2 seconds. That’s muscle car territory from the 1960’s. Outside body integrity is only fair. We have 90,000 miles on it. It runs like new. It’s hard on brakes. Maybe it’s my driving style. It’s good in my opinion for 300.000 miles. The v-6 engine is one of Toyota’s best long running engines. Gas mileage on a road trip is 24-25 under 70 mph. In town 18-20.

2021 Honda Odyssey review
Bought the 2021 EX-L model end of 2023 with 21,000 miles. I test drive the Sienna and was very disappointed in every aspect which led me to the Oddessy which I had not previously considered. One test drive and I was sold. The amount of space for my three kids to sit comfortably, the ample trunk space, the magic slide seats, automatic sliding doors & heated seats with a sunroof are among my favorite things about this minivan. It's fun to drive and has plenty of power with its 280hp. As long as you have proper snow tires in snowy conditions, this FWD minivan will do just fine. I had no issues in squalls and other winter conditions. I took my snow tires off prematurely and got caught in a winter storm and hit a guard rail and my whole family was safe and sound with no injuries. It has since been repaired back to its original condition. Keep your winter tires on til late Spring to be safe. I will absolutely drive this thing til the wheels fall off and then I'll buy another. Thank you Honda for keeping the Oddessy in your lineup! I hope it never goes away.

If you are looking for a vehicle that gets good gas mileage and long range then the Toyota Hybrid is for you. On the open road you can get over 35 miles to the gallon and go slightly over 500 miles on a tank of gas.

2014 Nissan NV Cargo NV2500 HD review
We have been running class 1-3 work trucks for 30 years. This Nissan is the best we've had, EVER. In terms of no-fuss, no repairs, nothing to think worry about. It's very comfortable on the highway. The long pickup truck type of nose makes urban maneuvering less appealing than the competitors, but that would be my only gripe. I recommend getting the V-8. It's a very smooth engine and does not consume much more fuel than the V-6. These trucks average 12-13 MPG, depending on high vs. low roof. We tow very heavy trailers with this truck on occasion and it handles it fine. We are at 110,000 miles with Zero repairs!
