I have not bought a car in over 12 years and was quite apprehensive and a little bit anxious about having to navigate such a big purchase. I'm so glad I discovered Stevenson Hendrick Honda, and, Will Stanley, as my advisor. I researched cars for quite a few months and once I felt ready, I started going to dealerships to see and test drive. Stevenson Hendrick was the 4th dealership I visited and Will was the 6th advisor. I can honestly say buying my new (used) car was a great experience. I recommend this dealership and specifically, Will, wholeheartedly. Will was friendly, patient, professional, helpful, and most importantly, to me, calm. At no point during the process did I feel pressured in any way. In addition to patiently answering my questions Will went above and beyond. At my final visit to sign paperwork, I realized I'd left my glasses at home - Will got me another pair within minutes! The Honda Odyssey has held up well over the first 3 years I've owned it. It's quiet and comfortable with a good sound system. It can take corners almost as well as my high end sports cars. And, in V6 mode (not economy) it accelerates well. The only complaint is its accident avoidance system that slams on the brakes unnecessarily. If a car is a little too close behind, you may be rear ended. I liked the car so much, I bought a 2025 Honda Odyssey, too.

My family (not me yet, because I'm 15 1/2) has had two Honda Odysseys over the past 9 years. As far as I can remember, the first one caused us very little issue beyond some A/C issues. It was totaled after some doofus hit us while attempting to cut across three lanes of very busy traffic. We bought a second one with just over 100K miles and it was great for a good while. The first repair I can recall was the brake rotors becoming warped and vibrating quite a bit under braking. For a while it was fine, and then small things began to go wrong. Sliding door stuttering (still works for the most part), hydraulics for the trunk going out (sub $100 fix), interior lights dying because of age, and navigation system becoming quite glitchy (DVD is from 2010 anyway). The only larger things are oil and power steering leaks (which are annoying, but manageable), A/C going out,and suspension gettting less firm. The main things still work, though. If you have a little bit of money to cover minor repairs as they come about, and take care of it and treat it like a minivan (not a sports car, because that's not what it is), I would recommend this minivan to the average Joe. As a matter of fact, I'm looking for one as my first car.

Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

I have been buying cars from this dealership for over 25 years before it was partnered with Hendrick, and have worked with Matt Banning for most of those years, and can’t say enough positive things about his qualities and work ethic. He goes the extra mile for his customers and makes sure he puts the right sales personnel with the right client. He just did that for us when he introduce us to Tyler Coyle, who just helped us purchase our newest Honda Pilot today! Very happy, and now Tyler is looking for another vehicle for my husband. We’re confidant he’ll find what he’s looking for as well! I highly recommend this dealership and these individuals to helps with anything you need, as well as their service department, which always goes out of their way to give 110% to make sure your car is taken care of and you get to where you need to be!!

We have only owned the vehicle for 3 days. But so far it seems like a great vehicle! Lots of room, comfortable, easy driving, lots of features including back up camera, passenger side cameras, and land departure warning system.

Great service got a good deal test drove the car we bought they put on temporary tags and said go bring it back anytime !

I bought my van new. It has 150k mikes and I have only had very minor issues with it. It has been a reliable source of transportation for me as I drive long distances several times a year. I particularly love the way the seats go into the floor. I have hauled so much stuff. I love my van.

Went to Seasell Autos and bought a 2014 Cadillac CTS with 89K miles on it… It’s a sweet ride but makes a clunk noise in the tranny when it shifts from 1st to 2nd. Blake and his guys are doing all they can to get it taken care of and make it right… For me, that’s a good dealership and I got a good deal !! Try them. They’re honest and stand behind what they sell !

Car is safety oriented. Has a VERY Steep learning curve, but once figured out very nice too drive, Manuals are lacking an interactive pdf, just a plain pdf. There are 4 manuals a lot to read. Car is long and wide so keep that in mind when taking turns. Most features can be customized under systems. I recommend sitting in car with manuals, and try out the features.

This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

Jimmy Bartlett went above and beyond. I can't say enough good things about him and he was able to answer all of the questions I had. He even called a friend of his to get me approved. I will definitely tell anyone I know looking to go see him for sure.

Love most things about this car but today's cars have way too many buttons and gadgets that aren't necessary - too distracting. This one hugs the road well, handles nicely, rides very comfortably. We've driven Honda's since 1978 and find them very reliable and trustworthy cars.
