She said I can pull it around and put air in your tires for you. I have never had anyone be so responsive and helpful as she was. Good customer service like that is very hard to find. She is an asset to the dealership for sure!!! Very satisfied customer!

2023 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid review
I had a 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 5 (that I absolutely loved), but the lease was ending. Since that purchase, I have had two grandchildren, and though I could take them with me in the Ioniq, it was a tight squeeze (again, it was a GREAT car). I decided I needed something with more seating, which meant a three row SUV or a minivan. I was used to an all electric vehicle and wanted to get something that was at least hybrid. I honestly thought my days of a minivan were way behind me when my children got older so I was kind of dreading that option. The truth is I couldn't be happier. The mileage has been fantastic - I've been averaging about 50 mpg. Because the van is a plug-in hybrid, I drive a lot of local miles on all electric which helps immensely with the mileage. There is plenty of room for my kids (and their kids). Lots of places to plug in all of their devices. My wife's aunt told me that the back seats were incredibly comfortable as well. The only thing I wish it had were a few more amenities - but that is entirely my fault. I bought it used and picked up the first decently priced one I found. I should have waited a bit for one that was a bit more loaded, but again, that's on my, not the vehicle. The ride is incredibly smooth and the power is just fine for a minivan - obviously not what I was used to with the EV, but then I don't expect that. I'm enjoying driving in comfort and getting in and out is much more comfortable on my old back!

Was in need of a pick-up truck , shopped all my local dealers ,and no one had anything close to my needs.Went online to search the country. The red Ram 1500 classic with regular cab , 5.7 hemi, 20 inch chrome rims , class 4 tow hitch was found .. One problem its 211 miles away . Called and spoke to Steve Ross , asked if the price was true and yes it was .No games , he made the buying process pain free. Towing was a major point to make sure the truck was the right one, before taking a deposit he checked the Vin number with Ram and got the true towing weight , it was perfect .. Ran the credit card , then the process of wiring money and receiving all the paper work I needed to get insurance and registration was very quick sent overnight from a New York dealership to my home in Massachusetts ..Truck was then shipped and delivered right to my front door step, in perfect clean condition . None of that B.S. of " I have to go talk to my manager " . Main Motor Car price was so good that with the 500.$ shipping added on it was still the best price then anyone local had and it was the exact truck I was looking for . At 53 years of age and not very computer savvy Steve made the process pain free and took photos the whole step of the way ...I made a friend out of this purchase , How many people can say that ..Still waiting for my local dealerships to call me with what I wanted ... My appt was made immediately, at a time and date convenient to me. My car went in immediately, I waited for it while NYS inspection was done, along with an oil change and tire rotation. Great car. I also have a 2018 with 100K plus miles that has had zero problems. Comfortable, good. fuel economy and can haul a lot of stuff.

2025 Chrysler Pacifica review
Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.
