I've owned two Odysseys over the past 20 years,with the 2020 being the one we currently own. The 2020 has proven to be just as reliable as our other Odyssey and the Honda Accords that we've owned. The 2020 Odyssey has a smooth ride, comfortable attractive interior. The Magic seating system makes this van even more flexible for hauling loads of kids and family, while being able to quickly change to hauling lots of cargo.

My Sienna XLE is a 2018 Braunability handicap van with the 285 hp V6. I bought it new, it has 40k miles. I’ve serviced by the book, replaced battery this year, put one set of tires on it, and have driven it like I stole it. It’s never missed a beat, is comfortable, durable, dependable, averages 19 mpg on short runs of 15-25 miles. To my dismay, Toyota Sienna’s are only available after 2020 with the 245 ho 4 cylinder hybrid. I may be forced to buy a 4 cylinder Sienna, but I sure don’t want to. Don’t like the looks of the Honda, Pacifica, or others.🥴🥲

We have had 2002, 2004, and now have 2010 and 2020 Odyssey vans.The Odyssey is extremely reliable. With proper maintenance will last in excess of 200,000 miles. We sold the 2004 at 230,000+ miles, and it was still running great. The 2010 we have is approaching 170,000 miles. We are two 80-year-olds; we just like having plenty of space to carry things.

Overall our sales experience was a five stars. The reason for the five stars is because of our car salesman Jimmy he was great. Very attentive and outgoing to earn our business. The reason for the four stars is because I hate haggling with finance for all weather floor matts when were buys a 40 K plus car.

Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

The Sedona is the best all around choice for giving you comfort in every ride at a very reasonable price. Many features found in more expensive SUVs.

I was shopping for a RAV4 on cars.com, and acquired about a car at Cowboy Toyota. Luis Santos replied and was helpful and professional. He knew I was shopping at other dealerships, and he helped me work quickly to get to favorable terms. For whatever reason, most dealerships will not negotiate a final price by email and want you to go through the hassle of coming to their place to negotiate more. Luis Santos and Cowboy Toyota did not do that. He took my emailed offer to his manager, and we wrapped up negotiations quickly so that I knew I was coming to their dealership simply to purchase the car and fill out paperwork. Once there, Luis helped the paperwork go smoothly and had the car clean and ready for me to drive away. Luis Santos and Cowboy Toyota made what's usually an unpleasant process pleasant again. This vehicle has been extremely reliable and fits my needs for hauling lots of cargo and pulling a utility trailer. The engine has great power and the interior comfort if excellent. It make long trips very comfortable. It is the main reason why we purchased a second Sienna, 2021 XLE AWD.
