Bought a new Hyundai in 2015...good experience all the way. Very happy, so when I needed a truck for occasional farm use I contacted them via e-mail. They replied they would be glad to help me. I e-mailed back what I wanted, and evidently they are not interested in selling older trucks in the $6000 price range. I never heard from them again and it has been two months. Because of this, probably will shop elsewhere for my next new vehicle.
They were very informative and didnt rush me into buying their vehicle. Very kind employees dedicated to helping you find what you need or want and even encourage you to look other places. Offered me $500 trade in for my 97 corolla when no one else would! If you go there tell them Ayla sent you :)
From start to finish my experience was respectful with no surprises or pressure. Was the best car purchasing experience I could ask for. Tom did a great job explaining how things worked in my new Tucson and even helped me sync my phone as my last car was no-tech. I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family.

We had a great experience. All of the staff that we encountered (sales, finance, services & parts) were professional, friendly, and service oriented. They were happy to answer all my questions about buying, driving, and maintaining an electric car. I was so relaxed, I suppose I forgot to do the normal due diligence for buying a used car. But in retrospect, I don???t mind at all. We got a wonderful certified preowned vehicle with a great warranty.
We had a bit of a rocky start with service at Lithia. We showed up to view and drive a Jeep and talked to 3 sales people before we connected with Dakota. Dakota has a very calm and patient demeanor and matched our personalities perfectly. He quickly helped us identify where the Jeep was and ultimately helped set up a time to test drive. Dakota always promptly responded to our texts/calls and made himself available when we needed him. He was knowledgeable about the vehicles and was extremely professional and patient through the purchase process. I wish I had an option to rate Dakota specifically through this portal, but I would highly recommend you request Dakota if/when you're interested in any vehicles at this dealership. I will be calling Dakota for my next vehicle purchase as well.
Went in to take care of one recall, found out that there were two and got both of them taken care of at once. Great job saving me an extra trip.
