We recently bought a car from James and Don at Pacific Auto. They were pleasant to work with and made the process simple and easy. There was no pressure to buy and we would definitely return for future car buying needs.
We purchased a 2007 Yukon Denali from Dakota. We drove the car and fell in love. Shortly after we noticed some mechanical issues going on with the car Dakota recommended his mechanic who fixed the car. The great thing about all of this is Dakota helped pay for the repairs and also gave me a rental car so I could get to and from work. I would recommend him to ANYONE he is a very stand up guy and very forthcoming about everything!
An impressive dealership! Clean, warm, inviting, comfortable. Not once did I feel pressure to make a decision until I was ready. All my questions were answered clearly and patiently. I was made to feel like a person and not just a statistic or a quota to meet. It was obvious there was pride in the product but more so pride in the overall experience for the customer, whether purchasing or not. I must compliment my salesperson, Bill Chamberlain, who was patient, calm, courteous, understanding, and to me went above and beyond to make my experience so pleasant - however I truly believe every one of Bill’s customers would say the same. It’s refreshing to know this quality of service does exist and in right here in my city. The entire staff was wonderful.
The place is clean and generally welcoming. It feels like you're in a fish bowl inside the dealer like most modern dealers. It's all part of the game of them getting your money out of you. The staff is approachable and not too pushy. The diesel salesman seems knowledgeable on the cars he sells. I would go back. More importantly, I love the car.
I am truly amazed and thankful for my last visit to Schrower Volkswagen, my car broke down on the interstate, so I had my car towed to Schrower Volkswagen to be checked out and it turned out to be my timing belt, they took very good care of me and took care of the whole claim process with my extended warranty company and even got the extended warranty company to cover more than what they into ally approved to pay A special thanks to Lori in Service and Rudy, they took care of me and returned my car to me all clean and shiny and took care of my headlight that burnt out when I got ready to leave the dealership Thanks again
I have been working with Brett Baker and Husker BMW of Lincoln for the past few years and I have never experienced professionalism and attentiveness at this level any where else. Mr. Baker is personable, reliable, prompt, kind, honest , hard working and makes you feel like you are the only customer he has. Bryan was friendly, not pushy, knowledgeable and easy to work with. It was probably the only used car lot I ever left wishing I could have stayed longer. I bought a car hassle free in no time. I strongly recommend you buy from Bigler Motors.
A quick easy transaction. I located the truck on line. Shot a few e-mails back and forth with Chris and worked out the deal. Smooth easy and quick. Most dealerships I have purchased autos from tends to take at least 2 hours. Bigler Motors and I were done within 30 minutes!
I initially stopped to look at a different car. After talking with Chris and Bryan about our needs and wants, they suggested another vehicle. The car they recommended could not have been a better fit. Knowledge and familiarity of their inventory was definitely appreciated. Chris made the extra effort to get us a deal that made us feel good about the purchase. No pressure sales, everyone was cordial and friendly, even those not involved made us feel welcome. My significant is a details person, she pointed out it was the only dealer we had been to that the car was immaculate. We didn't need to say, "If we buy this you are going to clean it up, right?"
Came in about 2months ago to purchase a car . Ty was very nice , & definitely knew what he was talking about . This was my first time purchasing a car & I was nervous about being over charged.
