Great to work with. I would recommend buying from them. I live 2 hours away from dealer, we negotiated over the phone and there were suprises when we signed papers.
2014 Volkswagen Passat review
I bought a 2014 VW Passat SE in 2014 Brand New. I have done all the recommended maintenance on the car since I bought it and I have never had it break on me. I just hit 100k last month. I was driving down the highway a few weeks ago and I hit what appeared to be a piece of concrete or asphalt in the road. It made a loud thud under my car and I immediately lost power and the car turned off. I had it towed to the dealership. Whatever I hit took out my fuel pump that is inside the gas tank. They charged me $2100 to fix it. So I can tell you first hand these cars are reliable if you do all the maintenance like you are supposed to. But when they do Break, they cost way more than they should to fix them!

I live in arizona,i got emailed about an auto i wanted to purchase . I called and spoke with Josh Bouchard. He was very personable and offered assistance to ship the car . The purchase was made over the phone . I felt Josh was a trust worthy individual and he had a great personality Unfortunately the trucking outfit had troubles. But fortunately we got to drive up to twin falls and pick up the car and meet Josh! A very nice person. He had the car ready . Smoothest transaction I ever had with a car dealership . I salute you Josh and thankyou for your friendship kindness and word . This was a gift for my wife and there were tears of happiness. I will be calling upon you for the next vehicle a 1964 Chevrolet SS see you soon! Matt and Marti Nuzzo willcox Az!

It was worth the drive from Boise! Everything went perfectly. What a great bunch of guys! The car was out front and ready to test drive. My daughter loves her new car.
2019 Volkswagen Jetta review
I purchased my 2019 Jetta R-Line brand new with 27 miles on the odometer in June of 2020. As of this review I have owned the vehicle nearly 5 years. My car now has 57,000 miles on it. I have never experienced any mechanical failures. The vehicle still has the factory battery, brake pads, and rotors. I have only replaced the tires and cabin air filter. Aside from that, routine maintenance including oil changes every 7,500 miles (despite VW calling for 10k interval), and flushing the coolant and brake fluids around 50k miles. My car is comfortable albeit a little small for a man of my stature. It's excellent on gas and handles like a dream. I have gotten compliments on it's looks since day one. The cold weather package is excellent and essential up here in the northeast. I paid 20k for the car brand new and its proven to be an excellent value. My only complaints, the stock sound system is not horrible but it's not great. Also, the driver seat is beginning to have cracks in the leather. I'm very satisfied with this vehicle. I hope this one lasts a while but I will check out VW first for my next vehicle purchase.

2016 Volkswagen Jetta review
This is my 2nd Mk6 Jetta. The first one I leased had zero issues with it. It was a 2017 1.4t S trim. My current Jetta a 2016 Sport 1.8t trim is a great vehicle! I bought it in 2019 as a CPO with 38k miles and now it has 127,500 miles and counting! Has give me zero problems. All I’ve done was kept up with its regular maintenance. I’ve used it to get around town and for long trips. Great on gas, roomy, nice backup camera and Apple CarPlay still works with the factory head unit! It also has VW’s built in Navigation system and Sirius XM which has come in handy a few times. The trunk is spacious with rear seats that fold down. The center rear seat comes with an arm rest and a pass through to the trunk. I also love the heated two tones white and black leatherette seats that come with the Sport trim. Driving wise, it handles great with good acceleration for a compact sedan. Easy to park as well!

Lithia Ford of Boise review
I am a Ford guy through and through. I have purchased several Fords at different dealerships in various places. My experience at Lithia Ford was a very positive one. My sales woman Leah, was absolutely amazing. She was personable, funny, knowledgeable and not pushy. I felt relaxed during the entire process. When I met the fleet manager, we had a short conversation and again he was very personable and straightforward, if that’s possible in car sales, lol. But Again, a positive interaction. When it came time to sign papers, Anthony was great. He made me feel relaxed and didn’t push any products and explained everything crystal clear so I could make the correct decision for me. Not your typical pushy Ford dealership that I have experienced in the past. This was quite the pleasure in buying a vehicle at Lithia Ford.

CarMax Boise (Meridian) review
I HATE buying a car because of all the games you have to play. Here, there were no games. Prices are posted. Either you want the car or you don't. They will offer you a fair price for your car. Either you take it or you don't. No pressure, no games. Just very nice people who were very helpful. This will be the first place I look when looking for another car. I love that you can shop online, put a hold on the car and go and look at it when it is convient for you. None of this, "I can't promise it will still be here tomorrow." games. They will hold it up to 7 days. I only asked for 2 days. It gave me enough time to look around and decide that I really did want the car at Carmax. Love my car, loved the experience. Try them first if you don't like the car buying game.

2018 Volkswagen Passat review
Bought it brand new. Overall not bad but has some flaws in ergonomics. Cheap plastic that doesnt stay in place. Had to glue gas tank door plate to prevent it from coming off. Little bit underpowered for a turbo. Windows control in weird place, never can get the right bottom without looking. Transmission always shifts like it cant pick the gear it wants to be in. May upshift and downshift at the same time which feels like you get kicked in the rear.

We pulled into Dennis Dillon Kia in Boise ID today without an appointment. We are on a month long road trip and started having acceleration issues. We figured we may be sidelined for days, but we were pleasantly surprised when they squeezed us in for a diagnosis. Luckily, it was an easy fix and we were back on the road within a couple of hours. Thanks to Glenn Burke and the Dennis Dillon technicians for getting us back on the road. You guys are awesome!

User-friendly website, great selection of used vehicles, low-key staff. I shopped online and had a pretty good idea of which vehicles I wanted to test drive before I drove 150 miles from my home to Maverick. JP and Jeremy were easy to do business with and they offered a fair deal on my trade-in. My wife purchased a truck from Maverick three years ago so we are repeat customers. Highly recommended dealer!
