My sales consultant, Samet, was incredibly knowledgeable about the ID.4 and took the time to thoroughly explain the certified pre-owned warranty. After shopping at several dealerships in Miami, where I encountered hidden fees and dealers trying to charge an extra $2,000 on top of the advertised price for the certified warranty (while also providing unclear or incorrect information), it was such a relief to work with someone honest and transparent. Samet was upfront about everything from the beginning — no surprises, no games. He answered all of my questions with confidence and clarity, which made me feel comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. This purchase was especially important to my family because my son was recently involved in a serious car accident, and we needed to find a safe, reliable vehicle quickly. The associate took the time to look through the online lists of cars within a 150 miles of his dealership and after locating a car that I liked he was able to have the car transferred in from another state free of charge. I was called when the car arrived and made an appointment to check it out and I made a purchase.

Love the tech in this car. Maps, adaptive cruise, auto high beam, lane warning, hybrid averaging 31 mpg. Still good power with the turbo. Excellent sound including the Bluetooth.
