I had gone to 2 other Volvo dealers (Karp and Glen Cove) and had a horrible financing experiencing customer service experience. They did not make me feel like a loyal Volvo client whatsoever. The Glen Cove experience was just a joke- rookie salesperson who actually asked inappropriate questions and should be trained better before talking to customers. Queens Volvo rectified ALL of their mistakes combined and why they got my sale.

My wife and I spent about two hours with Dennis Romero earlier this week test driving an XC 60 and reviewing options. Mr. Romero has a wonderfully soft and knowledgeable presentation style. We did not feel pressured at all, which had been a concern going in. They Took Care of Us My husband and I can't say enough kind things about Volvo Cars Glen Cove. The entire team (sales, service, finance, and management) went above and beyond to help us bring home our certified pre-owned vehicle. Our story is, in many ways, out of the ordinary.
