I had an outstanding experience purchasing a 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe from Leiken Motors. Purchasing a used car is not always a great experience, but everything about this was top notch. I messaged through the website and promptly got a response from Alicia to set up an appointment. When I arrived for my appointment only a few hours later, my salesman Frank Waite was already familiarized with my car. Since they do not carry Hyundai, he was not previously familiar but he took the time to get to know the car so that he could point out the many cool features that it has. The finance manager Ty was polite and friendly. Best of all was that they had a cool computerized system for filling out of the paperwork so there were not dozens of paper forms to hand sign. It was all point and click on a unique monitor built in to the top of the desk. I also got follow up from the team after the purchase to make sure that I was happy with everything.

Just leased my 6th vehicle from Leikin Volvo thanks to my wonderful sales rep Steve Ours. Steve has served me since day one with nothing but kindness and willingness to make me happy. He even gifted me personally with a loyalty gift this time. If it were not for him I would not have kept coming back. I also want to mention Dave in the service department who always have had a smile for me whenever I've approached the desk. He's always taken time to answer all of my questions when I'm stressing when I walk in whether I have an appointment or not. And lastly, during this purchase I met Charles who is the "tech" person that showed me how to operate and use all of the new features in my XC40. Charles is also very kind and has an extreme amount of patience, which is what I need. The only thing I'm unhappy about with Leikin Volvo is that they don't offer you loyalty gifts as other luxury dealerships do. The Solon LR/Jag dealership is 2 min from my office and where I got my last car; but after bad customer service experiences there I decided to make the drive to Westside. It is 1000% worth it! The facilities and the people are great! The real star of the show there is their finance manager Jess Schad! I have never had such a great car buying experience, and it’s all thanks to her. She made everything easy and PERFECT! Jess went completely above and beyond in customer service throughout the entire process. I was blown away by her personalized attention at every step. She made both the shopping and the actual purchase not just seamless, but actually enjoyable (I normally dread it)! My uncle is a car-buying and financial guru, and came with me to pick up the car. He said in all of his decades of car buying he hadn’t seen such great service.
