Several years ago, we thankfully found Naples Acura after getting a great deal on our first vehicle. Several years later, we have purchased and/or leased our FOURTH (yes, 4) vehicle due to several factors: 1) Professionalism and no games (no one wants to waste time and this dealership has never done so); 2) Pricing: I am ?Mr. Shopper? always looking for the great deal and all four times we came back to Naples Acura. At this point, we do some cursory searches and simply stop by to see what they have and what kind of pricing they are offering when we are ready to buy or lease. Each and every time we ended up with Naples Acura. 3) Consistency of employees? Although some employees come and go, they consistently have the same managers, and employees in their job titles, doing what they?re supposed to do, their job! And I can tell you that if you?re not satisfied, they will make it right for you; 4) Do you know that feeling that you get sometimes at businesses that you feel like you were taking advantage of or short change than some manner? Well, this never has happened to me or my family members and we?ve all been to the dealership and we?re always treated with the upmost respect and courtesy whether we are first-time shopper or like I said fourth time buyer. 5) Delivering what they promise? if they say they can get you a certain vehicle or color or certain features that you may desire, take it to the bank that if it?s out there, they will find it and once you agree on a date and time for delivery, it will be ready without fail I can honestly tell you that I really don?t have to shop around anymore when we are ready for an upgrade or a new car or God forbid get into an accident and need to replace a vehicle (which has happened to us)? I know that the solution is only one phone call away if I ever have any problems or need any help. I can vouch for Naples Acura every day and twice on Sunday not kidding not even a little bit and I am the most cynical untrustful person probably on the planet!! they have earned my respect in one me over as a customer as you could see. A+ is the grade, or whatever you?re rating system is, if it?s a scale of one to 10 then it?s a 10, if it?s a scale from one to five, then it?s a five. Showed up to Alison in the service department, who knows her job very well and can and always does help you out in an instant.
