Koons Volvo Cars White MarshReviews
Koons Volvo Cars White Marsh review
I have purchased 7 Volvos over the years from different dealers, but never had as good an experience as I did buying a certified XC 60 with the help of salesman Travis Moore at Koons Volvo. We were buying from out of state and Travis took my call and from the beginning was professional, highly knowledgeable and friendly. He promptly took the time to make us a personalized video of the car we were interested in and provided us with a full Car Fax report and other details about the car which gave me a lot of confidence in moving forward with him. When I flew into town to buy it, Travis picked me up at my hotel and had the vehicle detailed, recall work updated and he made the whole process efficient and transparent. Travis is a trustworthy and honest person who was a pleasure to work with. His authenticity and candor made me feel like I was working with a friend, not just a salesman. I highly recommend connecting with Travis Moore as your sales professional to enhance and enjoy the process of purchasing your next vehicle. You'll be glad you did.

Koons Volvo Cars White Marsh review
I had an AMAZING experience with this dealership! The staff was super friendly, welcoming, and helpful from start to finish. A HUGE shoutout to Travis and Rob for making my first car-buying experience such a great one! As an 18-year-old female buying her first car on her own, I was a little nervous going into the process, but they made me feel comfortable, respected, and confident in my decision. They weren’t pushy, made me feel pressured, or gave me that uncomfortable feeling you can sometimes get at other dealerships. Instead, they were genuinely helpful, patient, and made sure I had a great experience. I truly appreciate how they treated me and helped make such a big milestone in my life special! I would 100% recommend this dealership to anyone I know, and I will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you, Travis and Rob, for making buying my first car such a positive experience!

Koons Volvo Cars White Marsh review
I have been continually satisfied with Koons Volvo from initial purchase to service visits and customer service interactions. The very nice and Wi-Fi enabled showroom and waiting area makes it easy to wait for a service visit while cranking out work at one of the table tops. The video explanations and progress tracking all are great!
2026 Volvo XC60 review
We just leased our third XC60 having previously leased a 2021 and a 2024. We find the 2026 similar with some improvements in the interior material and I believe a bit better performance than our 2024. Being a mild hybrid the mileage is acceptable as is acceleration. Volvo has the most comfortable seats for sure.

The gentlemen at Koons were great to work with. They were willing to work with my budget and found the perfect fit for me. Will go back there for my next Volvo!
2026 Volvo XC60 review
We had a wonderful experience purchasing our new Volvo XC60 at Ferman Volvo in Tarpon Springs. Our sales representative, Josh McCain, greeted us warmly and even offered us coffee as soon as we arrived. The entire process was smooth and stress-free, and the whole team was professional and welcoming throughout. We would definitely recommend Ferman Volvo to friends and family looking for a new vehicle. Thank you for making our buying experience such a pleasure!

CarMax West BroadReviews
CarMax West Broad review
First time I went in, was just looking to see what was on the lot and was greeted, and after that, not another contact with anyone. When I came back to test drive a few vehicles, got a great sales guy. Overall selection of vehicles is quite nice, and most of the vehicles are almost new to very good condition. Though Carmax likes to display the image they sell cars that have or haven't had any issues, you'll find you'll need to look closer. Most are bought at auction after coming off lease or from being a fleet vehicle. Which is a good thing, as you the regular maintenance was done on them and often the vehicles have original warranties still in effect depending on what vehicle you are looking for and what year. The sales guy was low pressure, and when I came in the next day to buy, I was given another one since he was completing a sale on another customer. Wasn't an issue, as he or the guy that took over were truly "car" guys. The liked cars, had sales experience, but weren't "car" guys. The experience was good overall, but the highlight was completing the deal. Paperwork was done quickly (I had preapproval from my credit union with EFT) and finished the paperwork in about twenty minutes. Amazing, got the vehicle at just an average price, but go the mileage I wanted, with original warranty and extended warranty at the price I was willing to pay. SO overall, win for me, and though I was never a Carmax fan (still rubs me the wrong way their colors are almost best buy colors when their parent company was circuit city....). But I will say my mind was changed.

CarMax Myrtle Beach review
They were very professional but able to put you at ease as soon as you walked through their doors. There was no pressure and they wanted to help me get the vehicle I wanted. Tasia was amazing and I couldn't have asked for better customer service. Two hours from the minute I walked in to I drove off in my new car is beyond exceptional and I have never had such fast service. Will definitely recommend them to all my family and friends.
