Sport Chevrolet Cadillac review
Coming into the experience, I expected there to be attempts to manipulate or to be taken advantage of. Unfortunately my pervious experiences have driven that mentality. This experience was a revelation. Every member of the sales team was professional yet approachable. They found the right vehicle and made every step easy and understandable. Our salesman Charles had knowledge and charisma. There was never pressure. He just presented us with facts and let the product sell itself. The sales manager gave us the best offer hands down and we shopped the entire state. Charles and the Chevy team educated us on the car and the systems it boasts. We are extremely satisfied customers and would be willing for let anyone know about our wonderful experience. Thanks again Sports Chevy Team. Continue you excellent work. P.S. I know this sounds like a review written by the company but I assure you this is a real customer with a real experience.

DARCARS Volvo Cars review
I have bought two used Volvos from DarCars Volvo in Rockville, Maryland and had excellent service from them. If you want a Volvo, this is where you should go! We were treated as if we were buying a brand-new Volvo. This time my husband and I worked with a new sales associate, Bea-Alice Sesay. Bea is courteous, personable, and answered all our questions (or checked with other DarCars staff for us). She responded quickly to emails and made our experience pleasant. This is my first all-electric car. Bea and her colleague, Manny, showed me all the car's features and spent time helping me understand the electronics. From start to finish, it was a pleasant and positive experience.

Manny R responded almost immediately confirming vehicle availability and went the extra mile to do a 'virtual' showing and test drive since I live >100 miles away. Was able to HOLD the vehicle for 2 days with a small down payment and once I did the actual test drive, the deal was done. Peter Huang in Financing was professional and efficient...in & out in less than 3 hours.

DARCARS Volvo Cars review
I can’t say enough good things about my experience at DARCARS Fairfax! From start to finish, the entire team went above and beyond to ensure my family and I felt confident and comfortable throughout our car-buying journey. A special shoutout to Kelly Vafadar, our sales consultant, who provided outstanding service! Her attention to detail, ability to clearly explain the key features of the Volvo we were considering, and genuine care made the process seamless. Kelly’s wealth of knowledge and attentiveness ensured my family was comfortable every step of the way, and her proactive approach to addressing potential issues was greatly appreciated. The General Manager, John, also took the time to personally address our concerns, demonstrating exceptional professionalism and care. Together with Kelly, they resolved every issue, leaving us completely satisfied. Ryan in finance was equally fantastic—patiently answering all our questions and working within our budget without making us feel rushed or pressured. Thanks to this amazing team, we drove away not only with a great car but also with peace of mind, knowing we were in capable and caring hands. I am proud to be part of such an amazing community. I’ll definitely be returning to DARCARS Fairfax for our next upgrade. Highly recommend!

I had such a great experience working with both Vito & Christian. My wife and I were leasing an XC90 through Volvo Annapolis and wanted to talk through the process of purchasing the vehicle. Vito & Christian and the finance team were more than helpful and helped us make the decision to buy the Volvo. The process was so smooth and easy, we were in and out in 1 1/2 hours. I could not recommend working with Vito or Christian anymore. Thanks again!

Beautiful dealership inside and out. Large selection of cars. Our salesman, Jackson Holtzman, was great! He was professional, polite, friendly and a good listener. We never felt rushed or pressured. After buying our new car, Corey Cross, the Product Specialist , spent about an hour or so going over all the amazing features of this car. Corey also did a great job! Big thank you to everyone at Annapolis Volvo who made the whole process easy.
2026 Volvo XC60 review
We just leased our third XC60 having previously leased a 2021 and a 2024. We find the 2026 similar with some improvements in the interior material and I believe a bit better performance than our 2024. Being a mild hybrid the mileage is acceptable as is acceleration. Volvo has the most comfortable seats for sure.

Our salesman, Koffi Niamke-Bervell, provided excellent service during our car buying experience! He was very patient as we asked question after question while trying to make our final decision for our first Volvo purchase. After visiting another dealership, Mr. Niamke-Bervell's kind, courteous, and professional manner sealed our decision to purchase at Don Beyer!

We initially went to another Volvo dealer to test drive an XC40 and was not impressed with their level of engagement and professionalism. Luckily, the next day, we met Koffi Niamke-Bervell from Don Beyer Volvo. Koffi offered to come to our house to bring the car we wanted to test drive. He gave us a detailed introduction to how the car worked, the types of packages we could purchase and overall, was competent, friendly, and polite. He was very patient with our requests and he was able to find us what we consider to be the perfect car for us. Thank you so much!!

2026 Volvo XC60 review
We had a wonderful experience purchasing our new Volvo XC60 at Ferman Volvo in Tarpon Springs. Our sales representative, Josh McCain, greeted us warmly and even offered us coffee as soon as we arrived. The entire process was smooth and stress-free, and the whole team was professional and welcoming throughout. We would definitely recommend Ferman Volvo to friends and family looking for a new vehicle. Thank you for making our buying experience such a pleasure!

They were very professional but able to put you at ease as soon as you walked through their doors. There was no pressure and they wanted to help me get the vehicle I wanted. Tasia was amazing and I couldn't have asked for better customer service. Two hours from the minute I walked in to I drove off in my new car is beyond exceptional and I have never had such fast service. Will definitely recommend them to all my family and friends.

Service review. Brought in my car for a 10,000 (free!) service. Debbie Stack is my service advisor and she is fantastic. She scheduled a quick appointment and when there was something on my bumper she took the initiative to run it by the detail department and they fixed it! No surcharges, friendly service staff, nice waiting area with snacks and coffee. Receptionist was lovely and patiently helped me with the very fancy coffee machine. Car was done in 1.5 hours. Thank you Debbie for the excellent service!

Beyer Volvo Cars Dulles review
Great experience at Don Beyer in Dulles. I drove about 4 hours from Roanoke to get the car I was looking for at a reasonable price. I might have bought it sight unseen, but have been burned by less truthful dealers in the past and wasn't willing to take the chance. On arrival I found exactly the car they had advertised in great condition. There weren't any scuffs or scratches that they were trying to obscure and there weren't any smells they were trying to perfume over. Within 30 minutes of getting to the dealership we had a deal. Everyone there was very friendly and professional. All car buying takes longer than I want it to, but they made it as comfortable and efficient as possible and I drove away happy. When the salesman Lonnell Bond found a beat up old coffee mug I'd accidentally left behind in my trade in vehicle, he promptly mailed it back to me! In the future I would buy a car sight unseen from Mr Bond and have him ship it to me. There are very few dealerships I would trust with that.

I really appreciated the no pressure sales process. The test drive area outside of the dealership was also a nice plus as i was able to size up the XC90 v XC60. I was also pleasantly surprised by the low pressure, accommodating feel we got from the finance officer. Much appreciated. The vehicle was perfectly staged for pickup and looked great. I also want to mention that the sales person (Jamer) called to check in with me a few days later.

I have been continually satisfied with Koons Volvo from initial purchase to service visits and customer service interactions. The very nice and Wi-Fi enabled showroom and waiting area makes it easy to wait for a service visit while cranking out work at one of the table tops. The video explanations and progress tracking all are great!

The overall experience was spectacular, which predicated my return for a 2nd vehicle. I purchased a XC90 in 2019 and had such an awesome experience that I returned to trade in my truck to lease a S60. Everyone (sales, financing, service with an extensive COVID-19 clean, managers, etc.) were exceptional!

Koons Volvo Cars White Marsh review
I have purchased 7 Volvos over the years from different dealers, but never had as good an experience as I did buying a certified XC 60 with the help of salesman Travis Moore at Koons Volvo. We were buying from out of state and Travis took my call and from the beginning was professional, highly knowledgeable and friendly. He promptly took the time to make us a personalized video of the car we were interested in and provided us with a full Car Fax report and other details about the car which gave me a lot of confidence in moving forward with him. When I flew into town to buy it, Travis picked me up at my hotel and had the vehicle detailed, recall work updated and he made the whole process efficient and transparent. Travis is a trustworthy and honest person who was a pleasure to work with. His authenticity and candor made me feel like I was working with a friend, not just a salesman. I highly recommend connecting with Travis Moore as your sales professional to enhance and enjoy the process of purchasing your next vehicle. You'll be glad you did.
