Manny R responded almost immediately confirming vehicle availability and went the extra mile to do a 'virtual' showing and test drive since I live >100 miles away. Was able to HOLD the vehicle for 2 days with a small down payment and once I did the actual test drive, the deal was done. Peter Huang in Financing was professional and efficient...in & out in less than 3 hours.

DARCARS Volvo Cars review
I can’t say enough good things about my experience at DARCARS Fairfax! From start to finish, the entire team went above and beyond to ensure my family and I felt confident and comfortable throughout our car-buying journey. A special shoutout to Kelly Vafadar, our sales consultant, who provided outstanding service! Her attention to detail, ability to clearly explain the key features of the Volvo we were considering, and genuine care made the process seamless. Kelly’s wealth of knowledge and attentiveness ensured my family was comfortable every step of the way, and her proactive approach to addressing potential issues was greatly appreciated. The General Manager, John, also took the time to personally address our concerns, demonstrating exceptional professionalism and care. Together with Kelly, they resolved every issue, leaving us completely satisfied. Ryan in finance was equally fantastic—patiently answering all our questions and working within our budget without making us feel rushed or pressured. Thanks to this amazing team, we drove away not only with a great car but also with peace of mind, knowing we were in capable and caring hands. I am proud to be part of such an amazing community. I’ll definitely be returning to DARCARS Fairfax for our next upgrade. Highly recommend!

DARCARS Volvo Cars review
I have bought two used Volvos from DarCars Volvo in Rockville, Maryland and had excellent service from them. If you want a Volvo, this is where you should go! We were treated as if we were buying a brand-new Volvo. This time my husband and I worked with a new sales associate, Bea-Alice Sesay. Bea is courteous, personable, and answered all our questions (or checked with other DarCars staff for us). She responded quickly to emails and made our experience pleasant. This is my first all-electric car. Bea and her colleague, Manny, showed me all the car's features and spent time helping me understand the electronics. From start to finish, it was a pleasant and positive experience.

I recently purchased a Volvo XC90 and have been extremely impressed with the entire experience. The care is absolutely what I was needing for my busy family. I also want to specifically recognize Geyselle and the dealership for making the buying process so easy and enjoyable. She was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire experience, and the dealership provided outstanding customer service from start to finish.

We had an excellent experience buying our car here today. Matthew was outstanding right from the beginning. He was very responsive to emails before we even showed up, answering every question clearly and quickly. When we got there, he stayed just as helpful and professional, and never once pushed us. It made the whole visit feel relaxed. I also want to thank Mike, the sales manager, for helping us finalize the deal. He was delightful to work with and kept things light and comfortable. He made sure everything moved along smoothly without any hassle. The entire process was painless from start to finish. We left happy with our new car and with how we were treated. I will definitely be back for another purchase.

As a long term client of Bill Kidds Volvo, I was concerned about whether or not Sheehy would have the same customer centric style. They DO! And the Team at Sheehy Volvo seem to be having a lot of fun while doing their jobs. Jason, my sales person, was knowledgeable and transparent - he offered me many options. I rolled out of the dealership with the right car for my family. Nicely done.

I really appreciated the no pressure sales process. The test drive area outside of the dealership was also a nice plus as i was able to size up the XC90 v XC60. I was also pleasantly surprised by the low pressure, accommodating feel we got from the finance officer. Much appreciated. The vehicle was perfectly staged for pickup and looked great. I also want to mention that the sales person (Jamer) called to check in with me a few days later.
