Hendrick Motors of CharlotteReviews
Hendrick Motors of Charlotte review
Tracey made a great impression during my visit to Hendrick Motors of Charlotte Mercedes-Benz with her friendly demeanor and willingness to help. Although she works behind the scenes as a warranty administrator, she happened to be in the service lane when she noticed me and kindly helped me locate my service advisor. Her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to assist helped make my visit smooth and stress-free. It’s clear that Tracey takes pride in helping customers and ensuring they feel welcomed and taken care of. Employees like this are a valuable part of what makes the Mercedes-Benz service department exceptional. I highly recommend the entire Mercedes-Benz service team for their dedication, helpfulness, and commitment to providing an outstanding customer experience.

Had flat tire from a screw in brand new car at about 11 pm. New cars do not have spare tires and AAA man had never fixed a tire using Volvo system. I called one of owners (using number he had given me) who explained to us how punctured tire could be fixed so I could get home. It worked because owner went out of way to help me late at night.

Evelyn the tech guru was so kind and patient. Alton was very personable he took his time and was very patient keeping us involved in the process. We are satisfied to purchase another Volvo from University Volvo. We wish they could have extended a little better offer since we have purchased numerous cars from them.

I recently purchased a Volvo XC90 and have been extremely impressed with the entire experience. The care is absolutely what I was needing for my busy family. I also want to specifically recognize Geyselle and the dealership for making the buying process so easy and enjoyable. She was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire experience, and the dealership provided outstanding customer service from start to finish.

Bill was very nice and informed me on my 60,000 mile service which was done in a timely manner. I appreciate the military discount very much. It's always nice talking to a fellow soldier (ARMY). Vanessa scheduled the appointment for me and provided me with a loaner that I am very thankful for. She is wonderful to work with. Dallas always keeps me laughing and I still appreciate everything you done when I bought my XC90 T6 Inscription in May 2023 with you being the salesperson.

My first Volvo S60 at this dealership in 2001. I bought my second Volvo from Chris Sellers in 2021. That’s how great Volvos are. I was recently at the dealership to get my annual Maintenance. The service staff listen to my request and did a great job for me. I even met the owner for the first time. Great experience!
