We were faced with a decision of repairing our 2014 Volvo XC60 for the tune of around $4,000 or look at upgrading to a newer vehicle. I had done all my searching on-line and didn't have a car to trade in and was “challenged” when it came to being able to get to the dealership. Everyone at Concord Lovering made it possible for me to get back into a safe car – including moving a car that was in Meredith down to Concord and then Thomas bringing it to me to take it for a test drive! I appreciated their compassion – I am just getting back from an MVA four years ago – and they helped me so much to take this big step back to autonomy! I'm a Concord native and Lovering Volvo has been here forever, with a stellar local reputation. The full experience was great and the amenities of registering the car at our home state DMV was awesome - the salesman - Thomas - was transparent and always returned calls as soon as possible. This is a rarity at some other dealerships. A smaller area of better transparency would be to provide more details about the service contracts at the time of purchase while in the finance managers office.
