Yes I went and tried out a vehicle on Friday and I have challenged credit and they were working on getting me financed and they said they needed to get it financed on a Saturday and he would call me but I never heard anything back from them so I was very disappointed and then lack of response I feel like they should have followed up with their customer either way it went
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
A very pleasant and positive experience with the vroom team. We found a car we liked and it was about to ship when they did the final inspection which they found an issue with the engine. At that point they called and let me know. We picked out another vehicle went through the process of signing everything with that one and went through final inspection. Within signing for the second vehicle and having it at our house was 7 days. Everyone on the team was very responsive and quick to answer any phone calls or emais. Overall very happy and will consider vroom again in the future. One thing that would have been better was if they did the inspection before the vehicles are on the site or before the paperwork is sent out just so it doesn???t waste as much time if the vehicle doesn???t pass inspection.

My experience purchasing a vehicle at Crossroads of Lynchburg was truly a pleasant one. The process was smooth and my salesperson, Jeff Fleenor, was great to work with. He was quick in offering us assistance upon our arrival in the parking lot and remained helpful through the end of the process. He had a polite sense of humor which made the experience more comfortable and enjoyable. I would definitely consider Crossroads of Lynchburg for any future needs.

Purchased a Certified XC70. Marcelle was very helpful and very knowledgeable of the vehicle, answering all questions patiently. Service during vehicle delivery great also! We got financed, the car detailed and were ready to go in just a couple of hours. Marcelle is a good salesman . . . convinced us to "buy-up" to a better model. We're enjoying it and look forward to having it serviced at Crossroads.
We have bought at least 8 Hondas from Woodson Honda and have always been treated with friendliness and courtesy. The salesmen are helpful and work diligently to make us happy! The way we are treated is the reason we continue to go back. Honda is the brand we love and have never had any mechanical issues with our vehicles.
We visited and called Naff Auto several times before purchasing our truck and were so impressed with the friendly family atmosphere and attentive staff who were available at the lot and by phone for our multiple questions during our buying process. We found them to be a great team of honest, caring people. They were able to help direct us to very reasonable financing and made sure we were satisfied with every step throughout our purchase. They made themselves available to us for any concerns we may have in the months after the purchase and we just could not have been more pleased with the service. This is an excellent place to purchase a used car and be provided with staff who are able to place you in a vehicle to meet your needs.
I found the truck I was looking for using the internet to search for it (drove 170 miles one way).
All the staff were helpful, patient , courteous and knowledgeable.
They waited for me to arrive after, closing hours.
Masood and Sam were my sales representatives - very good people.
Seems to me they start out by choosing only quality cars for resale,
which makes life easier for us all.
Their prices are reasonable, no need to play 'hard-ball' in negotiating
final purchase price.

I had great service upon entering the dealership, meeting Jeff, looking at and test driving a 2009 Volvo XC90. I feel that I should have had recieved a better price on my trade in, or a better deal on the XC90. My wife liked this Volvo. so with the price being OK (I didn't think it was a great deal) I bought it. Thank You, M.C.Perry
