2023 Volvo XC60 review
This is 100% one of the best cars I’ve owned. Comparing it to my previously owned Acuras, Audis, BMWs, Buicks, Cadillacs, GMCs, Land Rover Range Rovers, Mercedes-Benzs, Porsches, Volkswagens, this is one of my top favorite vehicles for comfort, performance, technology, driving, etcetera. Andrew Holzgrove didn’t try to sell me a car—he helped me solve a problem I purchased two Certified Pre-Owned Volvos from Volvo Cars of Austin, and I can honestly say that working with Andrew Holzgrove was the best car-buying experience I have ever had. I originally came in looking for a second vehicle for my family. I also knew that I would eventually need to upgrade my older XC40, but I assumed that would be a separate decision six months or more down the road. My expectation was to solve one need now and deal with the other later. As I explained the full situation to Andrew, he took the time to understand both needs, my priorities, and the financial boundaries within which I wanted to make the decision. He did not immediately begin trying to sell me a particular car. He listened first and then started exploring whether there was a responsible way to solve both problems together. Andrew worked through different combinations of vehicles, trade-in value, pricing, model years, mileage, financing, and long-term value. With his help, something I had expected to handle in two separate stages became possible in one transaction, without making me feel pressured or uncomfortable with the decision. He did not simply try to maximize the sale. He worked to optimize the entire decision around my family’s needs, my financial comfort, and the value of both vehicles. When I was uncertain about purchasing one vehicle versus two, Andrew patiently explained the advantages, disadvantages. He gave me the information I needed to make my own decision and never tried to make the decision for me. I work in sales, so I understand that Andrew has goals and responsibilities to the dealership. What made him extraordinary was that I never felt like a quota. It felt as though I had met a trusted advisor—and almost immediately, a friend—who happened to sell Volvos. There is an enormous difference between someone trying to sell you a car and someone helping you buy the right car. Andrew is the second kind of person. I hope the management team at Volvo Cars of Austin recognizes what an exceptional representative they have in Andrew Holzgrove. He did more than complete two vehicle sales. He created the kind of trust, loyalty, and customer experience that will bring me back to the dealership and cause me to recommend him to everyone I know. 2023 Volvo XC60 review
Love this suv however when driving just a half hour the dash screen went black with a message “infotainment system cooling” restarted the car but no change. This had to be a recall but can’t find any info. Poor quality in an expensive car. Service department at dealer won’t answer their phone. Hoping they will call back

2025 Volvo XC60 review
Great first experience with a Volvo. We were looking for car that could possibly be a single car that would suit our needs moving into retirement. This car appears to check all the boxes for safety, reliability, economy and luxury. We need a mid dive suv that will give us comfort on longer trips as well as the economy of the smaller 4 cylinder without compromising power as provided by the turbo. The warranty and manufacturers maintenance plan are a benefit as well.

I recently bought a car here. It wasn't new, and it wasn't even a Volvo. But they prepared the car for sale, changed the engine oil, and it looked practically like new. 2026 Volvo XC60 review
We just leased our third XC60 having previously leased a 2021 and a 2024. We find the 2026 similar with some improvements in the interior material and I believe a bit better performance than our 2024. Being a mild hybrid the mileage is acceptable as is acceleration. Volvo has the most comfortable seats for sure.

2021 Volvo XC90 review
We have owned various cars in past to include Chevrolet (Monte Carlo), Cadillac’s Deville/Eldorado), BMW’s (740i/740IL) and Volvo’s (240/244/V70) and now 2018 Volvo SUV XC90 T5. So far the XC90 out performs all of them with respect to comfort, ride, safety features and even gas economy is very good for size/weight of vehicle. Only draw back is premium gas required for this car but I have used mid range on/off and no noticeable loss of performance. Also most people that have seen our XC 90 make positive comments on color, wheels, interior, storage space, etc. Also purchased the T5 model with 7 seats for the family and three grandkids. Excellent SUV for the past 4 yrs (35k road miles). Recently purchased an Endurance extended warranty to 133k/5 yrs. We expect to drive this SUV like other Volvo’s 150k miles or more.
