Empire Volvo Cars Smithtown review
I recently visited Volvo of Smithtown for service on my vehicle, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience. From start to finish, the customer service was exceptional. I would especially like to recognize Pete, who assisted me throughout the process. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and made sure I was informed every step of the way. His professionalism and attention to detail truly stood out. I’m very pleased with the outcome of my vehicle, and I left feeling confident and well taken care of. I highly recommend Volvo of Smithtown and commend Pete for his outstanding service.

I had THE best experience at Carmax...the salespeople were non-pressuring, helpful and just amazing (especially Daniel!). They went out of their way to make every step comfortable and unpainful. I will most definitely go there when I need to buy my daughter a car and when I need to upgrade in a few years!

Great car. Comfortable ride. Simple but luxurious design. Passenger comfort is excellent. Sound system is very nice. One small complaint, not enough storage space. No big deal. Definitely the right purchase

2023 Volvo XC60 review
This is 100% one of the best cars I’ve owned. Comparing it to my previously owned Acuras, Audis, BMWs, Buicks, Cadillacs, GMCs, Land Rover Range Rovers, Mercedes-Benzs, Porsches, Volkswagens, this is one of my top favorite vehicles for comfort, performance, technology, driving, etcetera. I 10/10 recommend.

2023 Volvo XC90 review
Never had any major problems with the car. Mostly software problems but they were quickly fixed with a restart/reset of the system. The ride is bery comfortable and on long drives a pleasure to sit it. The place this car has is huge and every passenger has largly enough space. The car is slightly underpowered for such a heavy tank (only 235PS) but is still enough to have a comfortable ride (low RPMs) on the highway. I average 37-33mpg which gives me about 700 miles of range and if you’re not in a hurry and drive about 50-60mph you can even go up to 900 miles on the highway (I drive the mild-hybrid). I feel also safe driving it, thanks to all the assistants it has and the safety-history.

CarMax Smithtown review
I visited on the second day being opened and had a great experience in buying a 2022 Explorer and trading in a 2016. It was seamless. Had an issue with the new car that turned out to be a factory defect that they had Ford correct. All good. I’ll be back.
2021 Volvo XC40 review
My partner wanted me to get a vehicle that availed itself of all the current self-driving and safety technologies currently on offer, and after much research, this is car I landed own. And the XC40 did not disappoint. I'm approaching my first year of ownership and comfortably say it is the best vehicle I've ever owned. With near seamless adaptable cruise control making multiple long-haul road trips as effortless as driving across town, my Volvo makes me want to drive it anywhere. Stylistically, it's a bit frustrating to now see every car on the road racing to copy its black-roof aggression, but I still get looks from folks who want to know if "that's a Volvo?" Of particular note is how the interior eschewed the trend of tacking on a giant tablet screen, opting instead for a generous dash-embedded interface that is comprehensive, intuitive and instantly responsive. I also love the app-driven features like remote start and customer temperature. The reputation for reliability is well-earned and validated. In summary, the prospect of this car one day needing to be replaced fills me with anxiety because I want to drive it forever. Well done, Volve.

I’ve always dreaded going to dealerships; expecting to spend my whole day being pressured into buying something that I “give in” to so the salesperson shuts up and usually more than I wanted monthly payments to be (lessons learned). My experience yesterday was the complete opposite! My salesman Rob Mosen-super awesome! Honest, real, down to earth. He has the perfect balance of businessman and advisor and I definitely recommend him to everyone. Matt and Ron were awesome too, very personable. The whole atmosphere is comforting. Kind of makes you want to go and just hang out with them all day. Needless to say, I left with a new jeep. Thank you everyone!!

Capital Motor Group review
Over a year ago I purchased a Nissan Altima from capital motors and still enjoy driving it every day. Because of the nature of my job It is necessary to have a back up vehicle. I had a Town&Country since 2004 which recently died and I needed to replace it. My first thought was to look at the inventory at Capital Motors and they had Ford Escape which looked good and affordable price. ERIN and Nick were very friendly and helped me with my second purchase. This car is also a joy to drive. Thank you again to Erin and to Nick. - Joseph Raffaele

Before buying used, have an independent mechanic check it over. I had a bad experience with the dealer with several expensive issues shortly after my purchase. Brakes, alignment/tires, shock and steering wheel electronics (voice command, radio). The steering wheel electronics problem is common.

Empire Volvo Cars Smithtown review
I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a new vehicle, and I can confidently say that this was the most seamless and enjoyable dealership experience I have ever encountered. This success is entirely down to the incredible team, especially our salesperson, Lana Vladi, and the General Manager, Kristin Hendrick. From the moment we walked in, Lana provided exceptional service. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and, most importantly, completely free of any high pressure tactics. Lana took the time to understand exactly what we needed and guided us through the options with patience and genuine enthusiasm. She made the often stressful process of selecting a new car feel easy and fun. Equally impressive was the professionalism and care shown by General Manager Kristin Hendrick. 2024 Volvo XC90 review
On September 18, 2023, I purchased a new 2024 Volvo and am happy that I chose to do business with Patrick Volvo in Schaumburg, Illinois. Shortly after my arrival at Patrick, I was very lucky that I was courteously approached by Belen Amador, my Client Advisor. Because she was not pushy (I appreciated that very much), I chose to accept Belen’s assistance throughout the buying process. I was pleased that I had a seamless transaction because of Belen Amador’s expertise and exemplary customer service. She was knowledgeable, helpful and thorough before, during and after the sale. Patrick Volvo is fortunate to have Belen on their staff because she is an excellent representative for their dealership. There is no question that when I need another Volvo, I will most definitely contact Belen. It was my pleasure that I had the opportunity to do business with her. In addition, I would not hesitate to highly recommend Belen and Patrick Volvo to anyone else interested in buying a Volvo. I have purchased many cars over the years, and I must say that I do believe this was the best car dealership buying experience I have ever had. Thank you, Belen and Patrick Volvo!

I had the opportunity to make a deal with Mauro Alvarez, great guy and very attentive! I am very happy with my purchase
2023 Volvo XC40 review
This is my 2nd XC40 and it is one of the most perfect cars but its by no means cheap. The car can be as loaded as its bigger brother, except for heads up display. They all use the same engines, with the exception of turbo types, and bi-turbo options. All Volvos are moving to mild hybrid as standard and all 2023 XC40's are now mild hybrids. The XC40 is nimble, loaded and well designed. It has just about every feature including all wheel drive, Google auto, panoramic sunroof, power tail gate, and leather seats, redesigned for 2023. It is stylish, detailed and not meant to feel like the entry model. In fact, it can cost more than its bigger brother the XC60! Driving it is a pleasure as it is preppy and confident.

2019 Volvo XC90 Hybrid review
Plenty of room for our family of four , their stuff and camping gear. Excellent safety features . Drives like a lightweight car than an SUV. Very responsive.

CarMax King of PrussiaReviews
CarMax King of Prussia review
I have to say that this has been the best car buying experience ever! I went in and my sales consultant, Nakia Scott, was very friendly and patient. Even before I got there, she was very helpful over the phone. The car selection was just great. The quality of cars there is unbeatable. Every car has a perfect Carfax as well. The entire process from walking in to driving out was less than 2 hours and I left with a better finance deal than I had when I walked in. The car is excellent and they warranty is the best. Oh and I got my registration transferred and it's only been a week and a half and I already received my updated one in the mail. I have no complaints. Extra set of keys, full tank of gas, great warranty and a like new car. Love this place!!!
2015 Volvo V60 review
My first Volvo coming from BMW’s. It’s very affordable to fix and initial cost. It’s comfortable and heated front and rear seats and steering wheel was a real selling point. Automatic transmission shifts ok also has sport mode or manual shifting options. Gas mileage is decent. Has start stop option you can turn on or off. Back up cam is great. Visibility all around is great for being a larger vehicle. No blind spots. Love it so far!
