Volvo Cars of Plymouth review
From the moment I inquired online about the availability of a car, the service was exceptional. When my husband and I arrived at the dealership, the staff greeted us warmly, were very efficient and took the time to understand our needs and preferences. They provided honest and transparent information about the available used cars, guiding us through the selection process without any pressure. During the test drive, the Mike, the sales person was knowledgeable and patient, answering all of our questions and addressing any concerns we had about the vehicle's history and condition. When it came time to the price, the dealership was fair and reasonable, offering a competitive deal that reflected the value of the car and our budget. There were no hidden fees or unexpected surprises, making the purchasing process smooth and straightforward. After completing the sale, the dealership continued to provide excellent service by assisting with the paperwork and ensuring that the car was properly registered and ready for the road. Additionally, after we took the car home, I received a call stating that they received a more competitive rate from a financial institution. Great news when they notified me that our monthly payment would be lower than planned. Overall, the experience was top-notch, and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a used car. Their professionalism, integrity, and dedication to customer satisfaction truly set them apart.
2023 Volvo XC90 review
Never had any major problems with the car. Mostly software problems but they were quickly fixed with a restart/reset of the system. The ride is bery comfortable and on long drives a pleasure to sit it. The place this car has is huge and every passenger has largly enough space. The car is slightly underpowered for such a heavy tank (only 235PS) but is still enough to have a comfortable ride (low RPMs) on the highway. I average 37-33mpg which gives me about 700 miles of range and if you’re not in a hurry and drive about 50-60mph you can even go up to 900 miles on the highway (I drive the mild-hybrid). I feel also safe driving it, thanks to all the assistants it has and the safety-history.

No pressure staff and easy to work with. An overall good experience and would definitely recommend working with Mark Quersher in sales. Marks knowledge of the vehicle and ease of communication was great.

Great car. Comfortable ride. Simple but luxurious design. Passenger comfort is excellent. Sound system is very nice. One small complaint, not enough storage space. No big deal. Definitely the right purchase

Volvo Cars of Plymouth review
I have purchased several vehicles over the years and Volvo of Plymouth is by far the most professional and easiest dealership I have ever dealt with. Sonny and Joel are amazing and found me the car I wanted and gave me a great deal on my trade. The process was seamless! I will absolutely recommend them to everyone looking to buy a car. They will find you what you want, quickly and without any stress. I will definitely use them when purchasing another vehicle! Thank you both for such a great experience!

Volvo Cars of Plymouth review
Joel and Volvo Plymouth made it all so easy! When I arrived (about 5 mins early), Joel was already standing at the front desk and had the V60 Cross Country I wanted to test drive ready to go at the front door. During the test drive, he was knowledgeable and quick with answers to all my questions about the car, but also let me focus on the drive and getting a feel for the car. Joel guided me on a circuit that brought me through Plymouth’s downtown and onto the highway, so I got to feel the car at low and higher speeds - everything you need. Once we sat down to talk numbers, there was no back and forth game. Joel came right out of the gate with a fair price on the car, which is what originally brought me to Volvo Plymouth from Attleboro, and he and his used car manager gave me a fair price on my trade. What’s usually the most “stressful” part of car buying was over in no more than 10 mins. That said, I certainly wasn’t rushed. I got everything I needed and Joel worked quickly. My V60 is a lease return, and even before I asked, Joel promised that not only will the wagon be fully cleaned and detailed, but 2 dents will be repaired and the rims will be refurbished before pick up, along with all the usual oil, filter, and fluid changes. The dealership and showroom was immaculate! A pristine, low pressure, vanilla scented place to see, feel, and learn about what Volvo has to offer. The cars on the showroom floor were so clean that I was worried to leave fingerprints, but like a kid at at a glass counter, I couldn’t help leaving my grubby little prints as I went from S60, to S90, to XC90. Bottom line, if this is the Volvo way, I can easily see myself being a customer of Joel’s and the Volvo brand for life. This was such a positive change from the Jeep dealers I’d dealt with last. I can’t wait to pick up my new-to-me V60 and LONG LIVE THE WAGON!

2026 Volvo XC60 review
We had a wonderful experience purchasing our new Volvo XC60 at Ferman Volvo in Tarpon Springs. Our sales representative, Josh McCain, greeted us warmly and even offered us coffee as soon as we arrived. The entire process was smooth and stress-free, and the whole team was professional and welcoming throughout. We would definitely recommend Ferman Volvo to friends and family looking for a new vehicle. Thank you for making our buying experience such a pleasure!

Everybody was nice and asked great questions that were necessary in finding the right car for you. They took their time and made sure I was comfortable. Great place!
2026 Volvo XC60 review
We just leased our third XC60 having previously leased a 2021 and a 2024. We find the 2026 similar with some improvements in the interior material and I believe a bit better performance than our 2024. Being a mild hybrid the mileage is acceptable as is acceleration. Volvo has the most comfortable seats for sure.

My service representative Andrea made a service appointment enjoyable! Who says that? I was given a cup of coffee, snack and a remote to watch the morning news. I read magazines and was offered assistance with my dog too! Because the repair required several hours I was allowed a loaner car to keep an appt. I may buy that loaner car for our next vehicle purchase!

2023 Volvo XC60 review
This is 100% one of the best cars I’ve owned. Comparing it to my previously owned Acuras, Audis, BMWs, Buicks, Cadillacs, GMCs, Land Rover Range Rovers, Mercedes-Benzs, Porsches, Volkswagens, this is one of my top favorite vehicles for comfort, performance, technology, driving, etcetera. I 10/10 recommend.

As I have come to expect from Volvo of Cape Cod, this was once again a great customer service experience. The staff was friendly, accommodating and very helpful; The service was done as in a timely manner, as described, with attention to detail; The car was returned in excellent condition...and, there were no surprises in the final invoice! What more could one expect from a service experience?

Love the tech in this car. Maps, adaptive cruise, auto high beam, lane warning, hybrid averaging 31 mpg. Still good power with the turbo. Excellent sound including the Bluetooth.

Volvo Cars Cape Cod, A Premier CompanyReviews
Volvo Cars Cape Cod, A Premier Company review
We previously had a very good experience when purchasing a new Volvo..., so we went back to look at the 2020 XC-60's. Our sales person, Derek, and manager, Harold were both very professional, attentive and interested in our needs.
2023 Volvo XC40 review
After only a month, I am truly "in love" with my XC-40. I wanted to get one a few years ago. However, Covid-19 got in the way. When it was finally time to upgrade this year, I did it and have not regretted it. Great ride, all the safety features I wanted, excellent ride and handling , above EPA rated fuel economy, roomy seating. Plenty of room for my golf equipment.

Very professional, in and out at time promised, I recommend would recommend my friends or enemies!🙂
2023 Volvo XC40 review
This is my 2nd XC40 and it is one of the most perfect cars but its by no means cheap. The car can be as loaded as its bigger brother, except for heads up display. They all use the same engines, with the exception of turbo types, and bi-turbo options. All Volvos are moving to mild hybrid as standard and all 2023 XC40's are now mild hybrids. The XC40 is nimble, loaded and well designed. It has just about every feature including all wheel drive, Google auto, panoramic sunroof, power tail gate, and leather seats, redesigned for 2023. It is stylish, detailed and not meant to feel like the entry model. In fact, it can cost more than its bigger brother the XC60! Driving it is a pleasure as it is preppy and confident.
